My son wanted to try out the new churros from Cinnabon that they are selling at Subway. It was very disappointing. The churro had no flavor and was not stuffed with anything. Normally churros are stuffed with caramel, chocolate, or strawberry. I don't recommend buying it at all.

Terrible service, I ordered online half an hour before picking up my order, the lady did not come to the window, she made another order that was not mine because I was just sitting down, I was late for work because they are not aware of the online orders.

Won't order from here again, used outside ordering and didn't get order right at all, gave me a nasty sub with just meat and bread, then they blame me that I didn't use the kiosk right.. when I brought it back they argued over making me a new sandwich, and after waiting 30 more minutes the new sub they make they didn't even toast. Waste of time and money go somewhere else.

The place has gone down in recent years, they have the lowest quality ingredients than any other Subway in the McAllen/Mission area likely due to poor refrigeration. The meats taste horrible in comparison to other stores, and they usually leave a bad effect on my stomach that I end up needing to take medicine. In fact the one just 3 blocks down is such a vast improvement it's laughable. The store owners and management have really no care for the store, the smell inside is so pungent that I wouldn't eat inside if the food was free.If you like Subway, there are enough stores around this one that I recommend going to any one of them instead of here.Some reviews are blaming employees for the way the store is run, which is just untrue. First off they're being paid a terrible wage, don't expect them to do anything more than make your food. Secondly, it is entirely up to the managers and store owners if the employees are not behaving, and I can tell you first-hand, the store owner and manager both have literally stared me in the eyes while I was waiting for one of them to attend to my order that was getting cold on the counter. It isn't the 16-20 year old's fault, it's the lazy management.

I waited 13 minutes for a curbside. I called the store - the employee answered and asked me if I wanted him to take my food out to me (remind you this is a curbside) I said of course. He finally comes outside and hands me half my order. Employee told me he forgot to make my ham sandwhich and it would be a long wait. Another 20 minutes passed. I come into the store and see one of my sandwiches on the shelf left out. I asked for a refund and the employee said “im about to make the ham sandwich”. I responded saying my meatball marianna will be soggy especially after 30 minutes. Employee asked if I was ubering implying i should not be upset about the time unless I was. I asked for my refund employee urged to never use the online ordering feature at this store… expressing this was my mistake to come here. To make things worse when being handed my refund he did not give me the right amount. I asked for the receipt and told him the cash I was missing. I was missing a dollar and 18 cents. He hands me the dollar and says “do you want need the cents?”. This question shouldnt even been asked. As a manager at another fast food chain. His responses were highly inappropriate. His attitude was sarcastic and short. I should not need to clarify that yes I want my food handed to me at the curbside, and yes I would like my full refund. The correct action would to treat me as if I was a customer in line as the store had ampule amount of time and notice to make my food as well as here before the other customers in store. The correct response would be let me go make that for you right away especially since it was a mistake on my end. Or… if you can give me a few moments I can remake both orders for you. He dismissed my concern that my other sandwhich had been ready for 30 minutes and I was hinting he should remake it. I understand he was left alone by himself. But the customer service and responses were immaculately atrocious. Also shame on management for not being present, finding coverage, and thinking someone with this behavior was capable of running the whole store by himself.

Went in there with some coupons and the older lady messed up the order and I couldn’t use them even though I had just gotten them and never used them. Was forced to pay for their error without being able to speak to a manager about the situation.

When we arrived, there was no greeting and the two employees, a guy and a girl just stared at us making my daughter very uncomfortable. After we ordered, i mentioned the mat on the floor in front of the drink fountain was curling up on one corner and it was posing a fall hazard. She just laughed it off. And had this, "okay. Whatever..."look on her face.When we were leaving, we paid and no one thanked us for choosing Subway and continued with their job. The lack of communication appalling and will not be returning.This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in the 25 years that I have been eating at Subway.I refuse to spend my families hard earned money on a business that doesn't appreciate members of their community.

I didn't get my order made correctly I had to go back and ask to correct my order but they didn't have the chicken to make the order. I asked for a refund and they said I have to come back on a Monday to get my money back. I don't understand why I can't just get a refund now. I'll be back on Monday to get my money back and it will be the last time I go to this loaction probably subway in general. This wasn't the first time I've had issues here usually they tell me oh we didn't make it like that because we don't have that chicken or it's extra. And I say ok I'll pay the extra it doesn't bother me . It's just upsetting that I had to do the drive twice and didn't get my food or my money back.

I had not been to Subway in a while. I hate that now I have to order on their automated system at the drive-thru! No options to how I want my sub. Wonder who had that bright idea - NOT!! I'm sure their sales are down!! I drove up to the window wanting to order there instead. The young lady said she couldn't take my order because she would get in trouble!!!
