I recently went to chick fil a for breakfast, not only did they forget my menu items, when i went back to receive said items, they rudely said that I couldn’t get the food i paid for. Matilda should not be a manager, she was rude, passive aggressive, & she mocked my inconvenience.

We all know what chick fil a tastes like. It was very hot and fresh at this location. Fries were average. But the line took wayyyy longer that any other chick fil a I’ve been to. We were right on the side of the building to start, and it took ~30 minutes.

Both the quality of food and service seems to have gone down over time at this location. Feels like it can be hit or miss. Ordered two sandwiches, fries and a couple other items through the drive thru and asked the girl at the counter if she was sure everything was in the bag, she said yes. I got home and there was only one sandwich in the bag. This was on a weeknight at 830PM (not very busy). This has happened a few times at this location. The fries were bland and a bit over done. The cookie and brownie are better at other locations.

I visited this location often. I normally go through the drive thru. I was definitely offended when Kailyn asked if I have been helped and pointed for me to stand in line when there was no line. Thanks to Jayla she took my order was very sweet and very patient.

I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich, and they forgot the egg. Very disappointed.
Well my rating was 5 ? stars until today (CHANGED IT).. the cashier had a petty attitude behind a spoon..! I don't live near the location so I wanted my ice-cream now.. I ask her for the spoon she stated "it's in the bag" rolled her eye and stated talking about the orders behind me and passing the food to the young lady that was standing outside the window.. Meanwhile I'm still sitting there bag tore apart from me looking for this SPOON that's in the bag "NOT" so I wait till the young lady that was on the outside of the window to come back because she standing in the window acting as if I'm not there.. So I asked her can I have a spoon she then turn to the girl in the window and repeat it rolling her eyes she snatched a spoon and have it to her rolling her eyes again in an annoyed manner.. My hand was still out for this spoon and she ignored that fact as well.. I get they are busy but she wasted more time playing around being rude behind a freaking SPOON... REALLY...!!!!!????? I paid my money just like everybody else will..!!! So much for the term MY PLEASURE when you ask her for something smh
