Have always loved pepperonis. But when I called to place an order for pickup it was forwarded to a call center. I used to love that it felt like a local pizza spot, but now I might as well just call a big shop and get the same treatment. You can’t talk to or reason with someone that doesn’t care about your order because they don’t actually work there.

Been here 3 days in a row this week and every day my order has been messed up or something has been missing. On 01/29/24 my pizza was burned (didn't realize this till I returned to work), on 01/30/24 my salad was missing tomatoes and received no silverware, on 01/31/24 was charged extra for tomatoes and vinaigrette after I explained that I hadn't received my tomatoes the day before.
