Been here 3 days in a row this week and every day my order has been messed up or something has been missing. On 01/29/24 my pizza was burned (didn't realize this till I returned to work), on 01/30/24 my salad was missing tomatoes and received no silverware, on 01/31/24 was charged extra for tomatoes and vinaigrette after I explained that I hadn't received my tomatoes the day before. The staff is friendly but they are not thorough on checking orders. SO BEFORE you leave always check your order!

Have always loved pepperonis. But when I called to place an order for pickup it was forwarded to a call center. I used to love that it felt like a local pizza spot, but now I might as well just call a big shop and get the same treatment. You can’t talk to or reason with someone that doesn’t care about your order because they don’t actually work there.

The pizza was delicious perfectly made! Nice atmosphere staff always make my day better by there smiles and kindness. Service was fast, place is always nice and tidy. I will definitely be back. Great job getting my large order in a timely manner too.
They seem pretty shortstaffed but their attitudes were pretty great, even though they seemed overwhelmed.. pizza came out great and exactly how I wanted it!! (took a little while) buuuut definitely worth it.

The app is broken, never works. Our pizza order is usually messed up and customer service never admits it. The last order resulted in a credit but when I called to use the credit, I was told there’s no credit on my account. I will completely avoid ordering from this place again. The pizza is good but they’re clearly challenged with execution.
Ordered a large veggie pizza, costed around $23 + tax, I used to love their pizza with quality ingredients, inflation has hit not only the prices but also the toppings and the dough. dough was so thin, thinner than a thin crust of other brands, toppings were mediocre! I should have give a one star, but still like the taste, hope they read the reviews and improve! so I can go back again.

This is a smaller Pepperoni's location but does have a few tables for dining in. The staff are friendly and patient when new customers come in to order. The food is on par with other Pepperoni's and free refills when eating in. I've only ordered their subs and mozzarella sticks and both are tasty and seem to be made fresh from scratch.
