I never had a bad experience with Pizza Hut til today! Had to wait and extra 15 minutes for them to 'remake' my pizza cuz they gave it to someone else. They only good thing was they upgraded me and gave me a large instead of the medium i ordered!

Yes, both of my orders have been wrong in the past, but they have made it right swiftly on both occasions. My main concern is the call center, those people don’t get anything correct when placing your order by phone, not even the spelling of your name”Broken English” which in these cases caused my order to be made wrongly. I’ll give them 5 stars because they made it right both times without a hassle.
