Trash...poor customer service...The tall black young man with plaits (didn't get a name because he was apparently operating the host drawer-Alexandra). He did not even give me a chance to order properly, he kept rushing me, and repeatedly said no to things I was asking of ex. Can I have extra mayo added to the order, do y'all still have the tackle box special? etc.) Everything was no. Only to receive the order and the fries were thrown in the bag and ketchup pkgs. thrown on top with no pkg./bag for the fries....NEGATIVE.. Mgmt. did not apologize for the horrible service either. You would have actually receive no stars, but unfortunately it is what it is. I would never give you my service or refer anyone to this location. The trash services for Sugar Land need to add your services for pick up immediately. Trash.

Pieces of chicken are small.Unless you ask for utensils, napkins etc they do not include or read back what they're handing you.

The drive thru young cashier was very rude and held a full conversation with her coworker. She got my order completely wrong to the point where I had to return the next for a Refund. Needless to say that didn't go well. The supposed Manager was very rude, then proceeded to give me a Lecture on what the employee from the night before did and didn't suggest ?? and she wasn't on duty. I will never return to this Particular Popeye's Customer service is Horrible

On this visit, the staff was not as friendly and welcoming as they had been on past visits. I ordered chicken tenders and their chicken tenders are of a nice size. I was given only one dipping sauce when I'm usually given two. When I asked for one more I was told I would be charged for it. That had never happened before

The French fries were not really warm. I was a bit disappointed. Can’t believe how expensive Popeyes is now, though. Not the restaurant’s fault, but the company really needs to fix that or something.

VERY UPSETTING!!!! Today I was craving some wings very badly. I was gonna go to wing stop, but then, I remembered Popeyes came out with some new wings and I wanted give them a try. I ordered a 12 piece wing, half garlic parmesan and half honey bbq. The did not give me any ranch the first time I asked, so I had to go back to the window and ask again. When I came back, the guy at the window was on his phone and didn't realize that I was sitting there.... He eventually came to window and gave me my ranch. I proceeded to go home to eat my food. I got ready to eat my food then I opened the wing containers. There was barely any sauce on the barbecue wings unlike the picture that was advertised. I then thought, maybe I just need to shake them up. I shook the container to try and coat the sauce for at least 10-15 seconds and THE WINGS WHERE STILL UNCOATED. The garlic park wings where decently coated and tasted fine. But the bbq... Absolutely not. I had to get my own barbecue sauce out my pantry to sauce them completely. Very dissatisfied and was a waste of my $12.
