This is by FAR, was the worst experience I have had at a Taco Bell restaurant! The attendant who took my order and the manager were both WRONG and RUDE at the same time. They gave me the wrong order that I payed $11 for. I discovered after I ate one of the items that it was the wrong order. They wanted me to pay for their mistake. Customer service is really bad. Asked for hot sauce and gave fire sauce. I stopped the car and went inside to have hot sauce. Employee was not happy it seems for asking sauce. It’s his duty to ask first.
