Someone lives in the women's bathroom and it took 25 minutes to get our food. We did enjoy the food but it took forever and the food was cold, someone came in after us and they got their food first...
This is by FAR, was the worst experience I have had at a Taco Bell restaurant! The attendant who took my order and the manager were both WRONG and RUDE at the same time. They gave me the wrong order that I payed $11 for. I discovered after I ate one of the items that it was the wrong order. They wanted me to pay for their mistake. After explaining to them that me eating an item that they mistakenly gave should not be something I have to REPAY FOR now that they know. Furthermore, the clerk didn't even know how to put the right order in without the manager's help. The manager nor the clerk wanted to make my order without me paying and as a result the manger sloppily made my chalupa on the hardest bread he could find. It was inedible. I wouldn't going back to this Taco Bell I was paid to do so.

Customer service is really bad. Asked for hot sauce and gave fire sauce. I stopped the car and went inside to have hot sauce. Employee was not happy it seems for asking sauce. It’s his duty to ask first.

We ordered a veggie meal and they gave us meat in our order and when we went there Employees gave us additude and were acting annoyed when we asked for a new one.

As the only Taco Bell option in my area, I had hoped for a better experience at this location. Unfortunately, the lack of basic customer service skills leaves much to be desired. Whether entering the store or using the drive-thru, a simple greeting seems too much to ask for. It's disheartening to feel like an inconvenience when all I want is to receive what I've paid for without feeling like I'm inconveniencing the staff. Additionally, requesting condiments shouldn't be met with annoyance. The overall ambiance of the place is subpar, with perpetually sticky floors, though I will commend them for maintaining a clean restroom. Overall, this location needs significant improvement in both service and cleanliness. Until then, I'll continue to bypass it for the Taco Bell in the nearest city.
The team members spent more time laughing and talking to each other, than making sure each customer was taken care of.

They never have their doors open. Only drive thru.
Horrible service. The lady at the drive through said our online order system is not poping up in the system so we can't do anything. I paid for it online and when I said that she was like have a good one and just went off.

Keep trying to give this location a chance, but reality is... it is struggling... Drive through may work but the lobby service is beyond slow and pretty much self service for ordering... be prepared to WAIT.....
