I love BBQ. I was on the way to another place for dinner and saw this place and immediately pulled in to check it out and I'm glad I did. Once I looked at the menu I ordered the 3 meat plate with dirty rice and yams and a sliced beef sandwich. Now most BBQ places a three-meat plate comes with 2 sides i got dirty rice and yams both good by the way but here if you order this you get a slice of cake and a soda with it. I contacted the restaurant to place an order and inquire about pricing. However, the person on the phone mentioned that they couldn't disclose the price over the phone, which seemed unusual. We requested to speak to a manager, and a gentleman took over the call and provided an estimated price. We ordered two rib plates, and although the ribs were tasty, they appeared smaller compared to our previous experience. I stopped by today and ordered the chopped beef sandwich, Texas hot link sandwich, and a sausage sandwich along with the tea cakes and a slice of sock it to me cake.
