Honestly the food is consistent and I'm hardly ever disappointed however there is much room for improvement on the service time, there have been times when I order pay and receive my food in about 5-7 min at the drive thru however more often than not it takes 15-20 minutes to be served. It is not a deal breaker but I often avoid going all together on lunch breaks as they just are not quick enough for people on the clock.

I’ve gone to this Dairy Queen multiple times and I never get my order correct. I ordered a bacon burger plain and dry with toasted buns they said it comes with toasted buns and the buns weren’t toasted!!! Got the fries to be chili cheese and got no nacho cheese on them!!!! Ordered a nacho cheese on the side and nothing on my bag!!!!! BUT first thing they do is charge the order.

I love Diary Queen. Probably one of the best fast food hamburgers you can get ; plus add a delicious milk shake and Diary Queen is hard to beat! Staff is always courteous and helpful!
Got home and my jalitos burger had no jalapeños. I am calling while they are still open and hardly serving and no one is answering the phone.

To be so busy, all the employees & manager kept it moving where everyone was served in a quick & accurate manner! Good job everyone!!Parking: Because of the drive thru so busy it made it difficult to get out of the handicap parking spaces & out of the lot to the street!
