Food is always great. Their food is fresh. The vegetables are fresh and crisp. The fryer oil is always clean, so my deep-fried food is great and crispy. Service is friendly. One problem I have is the wait time between payment and delivery. Why does it take 20 minutes, or longer? Another problem is NO CHEESE. I am always saying NO CHEESE. I understand that you are understaffed and that you are offering $12hr to anyone willing to work for that, but it's still NO EXCUSE that you only worry about the DOUBLE LANE DRIVE THROUGH!! Since you are so busy at this location how about you pay whatever it takes to get somebody besides school kids in there that do not care how backed up they are! They are very so slow. Ive came at all different hours of the day and they are slow regardless of what time it is. They always apologize for it and they are always nice but the food is slow.
