Ordered two giant cheese originals to go. When I got home I noticed the sandwiches were cold. None of the cheese melted. I have ordered these for years and know it should be a hot sandwich. Next time I know to double check before Ieave.

I have a Schlotzsky's closer to my home but I choose to drive a couple extra minutes to the Murphy location? Everyone is always so kind and friendly! Food is always fast and fresh!!! There is a night manager I believe her name is Sandra. She is so sweet and kind! Always greets you with a big smile? Goes out of her way to make you feel welcomed and make sure everything is right. My family and I have been coming here for years.

Ordered to go and receive half our order. Called store and young female that answered was super rude and tried to flip it on us because we said we would comeback for the missing food. She proceeded to tell us there was nothing she could do about it even though we had the receipt. We asked her to make the items and we would come pick it up and she again refused and said it wasn’t her problem and they closed in 15 minutes.So an honest mistake has turned into upset customers and a bad review because of bad customer service and experience. Still can’t believe how disrespectful this young person was on the phone. As a person with a CS background for many moons this person need CS training. Better service would have been “I’m so sorry that happened”. I can make the missing order but we close in 15 minutes. We’ll be here for “xx” time cleaning up if you want to get it. Hmmm!!!!

Ordered from this restaurant on Door dash.Bag was sealed with a sticker and order was missing 2 items. Restaurant did not want to take ownership for not putting the whole order in the bag. They wanted to blame Door dash on their mistake.

I live in Michigan, where Schlotzky's no longer exist and hasn't existed for many years.It's a complete and total shame.There is nothing against the other sandwich shops, but Schotlzkys is so much better. Idk if it's because they warm their sandwiches or that they offer a little more than just sandwiches.Hubbs got the original sandwich combo, and I got the Italian calzone.The sandwich was good.I'm going to expound on the virtues of the calzone, though. That was perfectly toasted and full to bursting with ingredients! I was truly a delight to eat. And because it was so big, I had a meal with a few snacks from it!The employees were friendly and the restaurant is decorated in a cool vibe.

The quality has gone down so much here and the sandwiches are still the same price if not more. We ordered a classic veggie and get charged extra for add-ons because the sandwich doesn’t even come properly made from the get. It’s a ton of lettuce between two pieces of bread. I’m so disappointed.

The place was nice and clean. Only one other couple of customers in there. I ordered a small French dip and the meal was $7.99 for a tiny bit of roast beef on a bun, chips and a drink. I threw half of the bun away, put all of the remaining meat on the other half. Then it was a good sandwich. Taste is always good. Just too skimpy with the beef.

This location no longer bakes rye bread, so no more Reubens or Pastrami sandwiches. It's a gamble to order ahead because the employees here OFTEN forget to watch the printer, so they won't see your order until you get here. Today, I ordered one sandwich and one salad (no customizations) at 3:17, promised for 3:24. They handed the bag to me at 3:45. This has happened to me multiple times at this particular Schlotzsky's but not at the 5 other Schlotzsky's I regularly go to.
