Former resident of Nacogdoches in town on business affer 2+ years away. Saw this "new" place was open and decided to give it a try. The dining room was clean and bright, and I was welcomed warmly by Kelli (the hostess, cook, and cleaner apparently) as soon as I walked in. I have nothing but great things to say about Stone House! The staff and owners are all such sweet and kind people--it is always a great day to visit. The food options have a wide variety for even the pickiest of eaters like myself--but also have a way of getting you to try new things. The Southwest panini is to die for, and I highly recommend their potato salad. Overall, the ambience of the place stands out in a positive way as it is centered in the downtown area. We stopped for lunch at Stone House Kitchen yesterday. The food was very good, the restaurant was comfortable and the restrooms were clean. Also, there appears to be games available at the front of the restaurant for customer use. I would definitely eat here again.
