Set back off the highway, easy to miss. But don’t. The food here is great. Can’t speak to every menus item but Blackened salmon was cooked perfectly. Their special soup of the day reminded me a bit of my grandmothers Italian soup make with peppers and little meatballs of ground beef. Alright y'all, I'm about to make a very bold statement.Hands down, HANDS DOWN! the best chicken fried steak you will ever eat! I've had it three times now, good time frames away from each other to make sure it wasn't a fluke. It's not. It's simply the best and I've tried a lot of them from all over! Huisache Grill is a charming restaurant tucked off the main road. The building is a beautiful repurposed vintage structure along the railroad tracks.From appetizer to dessert, the food was absolutely delicious!
