Fantastic ice cream. I don’t know what more people would want from an ice cream place but this place delivers on the ice cream. I feel like there’s five new flavors every time I walk in but I’m not sure. I just know there’s always something new to me.

I came in for an espresso which was really good and I also ordered a scoop of the cherry pistachio. The best pistachio I've ever had and it's vegan!! Be careful: extremely friendly staff!!

After hearing such great things about this ice cream shop, I was highly disappointed with our very first visit to Scoop Street on Sunday 3/17/24. We asked for gluten free options, but the employees kept recommending vegan options to us. Gluten free is not the same as vegan. In fact, they were trying to get us to eat the cookie dough ice cream, which couldn't be further from gluten free. That could've made us extremely sick if we didn't know how to advocate for our food allergy. They were running low on several flavor options. I asked for hot fudge on my ice cream, but I was told they're out of that too. So I picked a flavor that I didn't really want because they didn't have what I was really looking for, and I couldn't even get the one topping that would've made up for it.Then when we finally got our cups of ice cream, my scoop was significantly smaller than my husband's, because they were low of that flavor too, yet we paid the same price for each. I kind of felt jipped and I also can't get over how they were recommending a glutinous item thinking its the same as vegan. I wonder how many celiac patients they've poisoned with their lack of basic food allergy knowledge. They said that the owner puts something in the coffee ice cream that makes it have gluten. I've never heard of coffee ice cream being unsafe for celiac patients.Their exact recommendation for gluten free options were:Honey WalnutCookie DoughMangoSo not even the strawberry flavor is gluten free? Nope.At least the flavor of the ice cream was decent, but it's not enough for us to be repeat customers.Dietary restrictions: Don't visit this establishment if you have a gluten allergy. They don't know what they're talking about and will poison you.

We love Scoop Street! Cookies and cream with chocolate shavings are a regular item we get. The taro ice cream, Vietnamese coffee ice cream & in the fall… the rosemary cranberry is amazing.

This ice cream was DELICIOUS! I had the "taro" and "Vietnamese coffee" flavor. The ice cream associate was so friendly and helpful. And she thanked us for coming. Great customer service. Any time we're in New Braunfels, we'll be back.

Great service. Great flavors. Great ice cream! We laughed and enjoyed hearing about how some of the flavors came to be. They had unique flavors that were tasty and unusual. There were two dairy-free flavors so I was able to enjoy ice cream as well. There was no place to sit and eat the ice cream but we were walking around downtown so that was fine. Enjoyable moment with me and my girls. ?Dietary restrictions: There were two dairy-free options.

They are incredible... you can't get one flavor. It's too hard to decide. And I love that the flavors sound basic but their taste is anything but. Seriously some of the best homemade ice cream I've tried in the world. I wish their ice cream was in all grocers

While in New Braunfels, some friends and I decided to get some ice cream, which led us here. The salesperson was very nice and patient while we taste tested the different ice creams. The place is small, not a lot of seating. The ice cream was good, some unusual flavors, Honey Cornbread, Peanut Butter Party. Stop by and check them out if you find yourself in New Braunfels.

$$ This place is okay. We made it out of there for $20 for 3 ice creams only 2 we're double scooped other was a single. The wall decor is super cute but there's only3 stools to sit on facing the windows outside next to the open trash can. There's no other seating, plenty of room for a couple small tables, one small bench outside, with the heat we wanted to be indoors. Which we did eventually go out because the smell of the swamp cooler was a bit overwhelming while eating. Maybe a sweet smelling air freshener would help with that. This visit was kind of a bummer.

I was so excited to come here after passing by multiple times! Not sure if it was just the flavors we got but the Vietnamese coffee and cookies and cream left a really thick film in our mouths.

My family and I stopped here today for an impromptu ice cream treat and realized it’s absolutely the most delicious ice cream we’ve ever tasted. You can taste the high quality ingredients in every flavor. The mango passion fruit OMG!! The strawberry tastes like fresh strawberries. And don’t even get me started on the chocolate. If you’re in new Braunfels, go here!!!

First timers. Yummy flavors to choose from. Tried the vegan blueberry chocolate on a blue corn waffle cone…soooo good! The whiskey caramel cheesecake also on the blue tortilla cone. Yum!!!
