I had the Colt dog, sausage link wrapped in 2 tortillas topped with pulled pork you could cut with a fork it was so tender and the flavor was out of this world! Marinated and topped with all the toppings you could think of! Husband and wife are literally the sweetest people! They love what they do and it shows ♥️“

“While waiting in line, in the sun, for the grand opening of The Jerk Shack, I took the opportunity to try Pop'topia. Zack Salsman, the owner had his cart set up in a corner. I was hot and kept seeing people with colorful popsicles. When the line moved up enough, I checked out the current offerings that ranged from rasberry, to grapefruit to mango. I settled on piña colada. It was delicious. The perfect blend of coconut and pineapple, very refreshing. I like that the pops have no preservatives, additives, corn syrup or artificial colors. I don't know where Pop'topia will be next, I took picture of Zack's card and will post it.“
