“I loved all the different varieties of foods but most were closed (3pm) but lucky for me The Fat Guyz was open and excellent. Like someone else said the bathrooms were clean and the whole place was clean. Today's weather made being there even better. I'll definitely be back at a better time to try more great food.”

“We ordered take out, two chicken fried steak dinners. My husband's was ok but mine was nothing but grizzle. Threw it away not edible. If we had eaten at the resturant would have sent it back and asked for another.”
“I went for lunch today with colleagues and had the best meal ever. Anna was our server, and she did a fantastic job for us. We loved the meal, and the service was fast and superb. Thank you, Gringo's, for being in New Caney. We will be back very soon.”

“El Rey Group (Taqueria y Carniceria El Rey, La Cocina del Rey, The Munchies Lab, the food truck, and the catering) are some of my families favorite restaurants in Augusta’s River Region. The quality of the ingredients, especially the steak and salsa, is second to none! You won’t be disappointed. Fantastic service and friendly people.”
“It's a food truck but down here in the Houston area you will find a better meal than most all of the other restaurants! Not kidding.

“I want to thank the Manager in duty today at the 5030 N Desert Blvd, El Paso, TX 79912. My family went over today. I ordered the prime rib, which I have done since it's been added to the menu. It came out a bit disappointing. Our lovely waitress was already going to take care of it, but the manager went ahead and handled it personally. He came back with a great cut of prime rib and a new side. The rest of our lunch was great!! I don't have the manager's name, but I appreciate that he took care of it and didn't dismiss the issue.”
“UODATE:
Thank you, Aaron, for taking such great care of us. My family and I truly appreciate it.
To the Owner: Having the right person in management is both smart and essential. Sometimes we forget to say thank you to the hardworking men and women who give their heart to what they do. Personally saw I Mr. Aaron today serving customers, sitting down customers, to check with them. And even stepping into the kitchen when needed. It clear he is making sure everything running smoothly and that everyone is taken care of. Yes, people are paid for their work, but that beside the point. In my personal opinion, you have an outstanding manager one anyone would be proud to have. Thank you again, Mr. Aaron.

I’ve been coming to this Buffalo Wild Wings since it opened, not necessarily because it’s my favorite place, but because my kids enjoy eating there. I’m not saying anything bad about the restaurant—it’s just not my go-to choice personally.
Today, I tried placing a takeout order over the phone. The phone rang for about five seconds before the takeout host answered. I was confirming my wife’s order, so I asked the host to give me a moment. Unfortunately, without saying anything, she placed me back on hold. That hold ended up lasting about 10 minutes.
During that time, my wife drove to the restaurant thinking I had already placed the order. After waiting so long, I added my wife to the call and told her she might need to place the order herself. About a minute later, she called me back and said she was able to place the order right away. That made me feel like my call may have been put on hold intentionally.
I called back again and was immediately placed on hold without anyone speaking to me. I stayed on hold for another five minutes, so I hung up and waited a bit before calling again. This time, I was able to speak with the host and asked to speak with a manager.
I spoke with the kitchen manager, Aaron, who was very professional and kind. I explained the situation to him, and he was understanding and said he would address it with the takeout host. I really appreciated how he handled the situation.”
“Hidden burger joint to try! Got the spooky combo was really impressive with how big they were hoe good they are. Definitely will be returning to try other ideas.”
“10 out of 10 on service and taste will be back to try something new soon.”

“I’ve really always enjoyed seeing a Laredo taco company when I’m out in the field. Now I feel even better knowing that Laredo Taco Company is owned by 7-Eleven, founded and based out of Dallas, which makes it a Texas company. Let there be tacos for everyone. I have to admit though, it is odd being able to order legit gas station tacos in English.”
“Thank you bathroom lady. She works at this stablishment, and she bought this really cool looking dude, he is bald and muscularly toned, as well as very polite, his shoes needed some attention and he rode a really cool looking road bike, Orange in color, I overheard he was looking for employment but the Latino managers were not giving him a chance at all for the last two years, he was telling this to a black woman, whom interest in helping him was genuine as far as I could see and overheared them talking about in reference to his wanting to come aboard. The bathroom lady kept looking at him and she felt his honesty regarding his wanting to join the team to get his family ahead, and she also understood as well as the black lady, his frustration with this stablishment and his wanting to be hired at McDonald's, his children and family members are very fond of all the McDonald's products. Anywho, the bathroom lady asked him if he was hungry, and bought him a large order of chicken nuggets. She was a Latina aged lady with a very friendly smile and kind eyes.
Congratulations to you Mis Lady Luck.”
“I just had to take the time out and praise Ms. Linda. I think she was a manager. I placed a online order at the wrong location which happened to be 24 minutes away. Ms. Linda took the time out to still fulfill my order while notifying the other location. She was very sweet and I really appreciate her helping me because I did not want to drive 24 minutes away. Thank you Ms. Linda you are a Godsend!”
“Whataburger was a mixed late-night stop around 11 PM to midnight. Kids’ meals were fine overall, but the fries were clearly old and stale. I asked for fresh ones and they were replaced without issue, which was appreciated. Tables needed cleaning, but it was late and there was a new employee training who seemed to be doing well. Still love a late-night Whataburger run despite the small misses.”
“Their crazy matcha with tapioca is amazing !!! The staff is always so nice and it’s a lovely atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend.”
“We have been here so many times and absolutely love the food and the service is usually good. However, when we went tonight and got the all you can eat crab and shrimp the service was terrible. We weren’t checked on once by the staff and we had ordered two more bowls and only received one and the staff just sat and stared at us the whole time we ate. We felt very rushed and uncomfortable.”

“I’ve never tried crumble in my whole entire life until now about a week or two ago, and let’s just say I’ve already went 3 times and gotten a 4 pack of cookies I’m so addicted. Theirs so delicious especially since I have a very sweet tooth. I don’t regret trying them, and their customer service is always fast as expected and friendly. Definitely recommend going their 😁”
“One word: A-MA-ZING! I came here with my husband at closing time, met the owner, sweetest little lady. Told us to come back tomorrow and she raved about the Poboy. We came back the next day to try it out. The shrimp was so crispy and fresh!!! And it was loaded with shrimp! The sauce was great, fries were seasoned just right. We also tried the cheese burger and the meat was very fresh and well seasoned, better than any burger you can get at McDonald’s or Burger King. We will definitely be back. Can’t wait to try the crawfish. Reminds me of good ol’ Luisiana. Please support your local business! You won’t regret it!!”
“We had a large group, they were very short handed but still took care of our group as well as others. I felt sorry for the staff, this manager came to take care of us after our server got confused and walked out, it took him a few tries to get it all straightened out, but he and his staff did. We will forever return to this restaurant on Dec 21st due to this was the last place we celebrated a Deceased loved one birthday. This was our 3rd year and yes we will return. Wish I could personally Thank the manager and his staff for taking care of us.”

“Being Mexican and living in Houston, we’re always looking for food that reminds us of home. This is the place. Their menudo is the best I’ve had in Houston. Their chilaquiles were outstanding! Breakfast tacos were loaded and delicious! But the shining stars here are the barbacoa tacos topped with their salsa. This place is with the drive!”
“This place is awesome! Sometimes they have a slow day so it might take a little longer or the salsa isn't quite on point, or maybe they end up using carton eggs instead of shell eggs. But honestly, it's spread out enough that I don't think it happens often, and the people there are great. It's our absolute favorite breakfast tacos of all time, right here in the outskirts of Houston!”
“I went to the Salata in Charlotte bc in Columbia,SC we don’t have one. The workers were so friendly and helpful. My salad was so nicely made and all the ingredients were fresh. They give you plenty for your money. I took my food all the way back home to Columbia,SC to eat and I enjoyed every bite. I did add so more of my mixed cheese bc I just love cheese. I hope they bring one to Columbia SC and bring Charlotte Workers bc SC workers would mess their business up.”
“Went last night to bar to eat. Hadn’t been to a Olive Garden in years. Had the best service and staff was great. Thanks”

“The taco spot in the gas station is by far the best in the area! They are second to none around here! The red sauce is actually spicy, and the corn tortillas are made fresh! If you enjoy breakfast tacos, you must try this place. The two ladies that run it are incredibly nice and serve some amazing food!”
“I come to this location almost everyday I work. The employees always look so happy and appear to really enjoy their job. They usually greet me by name a know my order by heart. I used to order from the Porter location since it's closer to my job, but decided to give this one a try. I haven't been back to Porter since!”
“Nice cozy bar with good ole folks and good bar food. Marissa was very nice and checked on us while we were playing darts the whole time we were there. We'll be back again. Thanks y'all.”

“Personally I think they should put a sign up on items that they're out of. Because it's very disappointing when you get to the front to order, and they've been out of something that you're wanting and, oh well. They were out of both the honey chicken, and sour cream.”
“Earlier this afternoon I was getting a to go order for my wife and went inside ...I get the food....and go back to my truck...and my battery had died....after standing outside with my hood up and cables out.... no one approached me....until one of the store directors....i can't remember his name ....but he came over and asked about the problem and then said he had a jumper pack we tried but failed, but he pulled his truck around and we hooked the cables...within a few minutes...she fires up and I am back on the road shout out to him....he needs a raise 🙌”
“I would like to shout-out the gentleman working the register tonight (12/18/25). He did an incredible job at keeping the customers, in a very busy store, feeling valued and well served. He let everyone know how their order was coming along (being cut, in the oven, etc) and even knew some customers names, a real sign of valuing them. I had never ordered online and he walked me through the pickup process with upmost courtesy and professionalism. I asked for something that he couldn't accommodate and he apologized, and then he explained why he couldn't, all with polite professionalism which made me feel appreciated and heard. But I must also point out the effort he put in to help this one child get excited for her and her family's meal. He got on her level, spoke to her in her native tongue, wishing her a merry christmas in spanish and made this child feel special. I gotta say, if I had a business, this man is exactly the kind of person I would want as an employee. He should train anyone who will be working the front of house, and I would bet, if not already, that he'd make excellent management. Store was clean and food was good too. A+”

“We had never been there. We only came in for a mini blizzard and a dipped cone. Kenneth was at the counter and was friendly and gave off great vibes. He brought our ice cream promptly and it was great.. sorry I didn't take photos. But the place was clean and we felt welcomed and enjoyed our dessert”
“I stopped by today. Not only was the food delicious, the customer service was great. I met Jesse personally, and he is one of the kindest people I've met in the food industry. And the chocolate shakes are to die for.”
