I love Chick-fil-a. But, this location is really bad They just forgot part of our order again. This location has failed to provide a complete order so many times.The management, at this location, should be replaced with those who take pride in maintaining the company standards and possess the skill to lead. Manager also tell me in the phone that he not going to be able to give me my money back or replace my food because was late. He said come back till Friday night and bring more hunger…. Huh? This last coment before he hang up the phone was the most rude I ever received in my life.

This is the worst chick fil a I have ever been to. So not only so they not want to assemble my breakfast sandwich, of which I've ordered from here before. They wanted to charge me almost 3 extra dollars for one jalapeño(obviously the pickled ones from a can) that was cut in half in a plastic container. Then tried to be slick by not even giving me a receipt. On top of all of that, very rude. Never again.

Over the last 3 years this Chick-fil-A have forgotten parts of our order 60 percent of the time. This is the only Chick-fil-A that has ever been a problem when ordering food in my adult life. I have spoken to managers and leads but nothing changes. The only reason I eat hear is because of my wife. On the plus side. I got the honey mustard for my grilled nuggets that I never received.
Always forgets something. Paid extra for bacon, didn't get bacon on my deluxe sandwich.

Just went by there today 12/9 4ish pm .. my chicken sandwich is not cooked all the way .. also I ordered a granola parfait.. was given the parfait but not the granola great.. I live in Cleveland and I just can’t turn around and get my order correct I live 40 min away .. my truck runs with diesel and ain’t cheap to just go back … not happy with my order

I'm so use to hearing "My pleasure" when I visit a Chick-fil-A that I was shocked when visiting the New Caney, TX branch, I said thank you to 2 different people I didn't even get a reply back. Kind of disappointed. I've alway view Chick-fil-A as a place with excellent service.
