It's just sonic food. WHAT'S MESSED UP is the fact that management and the owner can't / won't fix these tip options on their screens. These kids work for tips and the fact that yall have let this go on for as long as it did is shocking. They should all quit on you and go elsewhere. I feel bad for them. They work hard and can't even get a tip from. A card. That's poor ownership
This sonic location is actually one of the best I've ever been to. Been going here for three years and I've been to many different sonics. Many reviews say service takes awhile but there's always 8 cars there with only 2 people working. Food is always good and hot. From a fast food restaurant, that's all the matters

My fiancé and I have been here several times over the last 7 months we've lived in town, and EVERY SINGLE TIME WITHOUT FAIL they either mess up one or both of our orders, it's really slow, and the service is not done happily. So we have decided to give up on attempting both food AND ice cream orders here. Wish management would change more than a few things about how business is conducted here.
