My fiancé and I have been here several times over the last 7 months we've lived in town, and EVERY SINGLE TIME WITHOUT FAIL they either mess up one or both of our orders, it's really slow, and the service is not done happily. So we have decided to give up on attempting both food AND ice cream orders here. Wish management would change more than a few things about how business is conducted here.

Only giving 1 star because it doesn't give you the option to give negative stars! Google, you should fix that!!!I've been going to this location on & off for 11yrs & the mgmt now is HORRIBLE!!!!Stopped in tonight for dinner, got home & both burgers were wrong, so I called & asked for the manager, she just kept screaming bring the food & receipt, with no regard to what the issue was!I ordered what i ordered & expect to get what i ordered, not your version of what you think I want!!!!!!!When I asked about reaching out to the GM, she says ok do that, I then ask what's her number & she just continues to say call her! She then gets upset & says don't holler at me & goodbye..Horrible customer service!Don't go to this location, many more fast food places on rufesnow that have much better customer service & when you call they treat you with respect

For some reason they were closed Monday-Thursday this week and I drove by Today and noticed was open so I stopped by and got me a M&M blast as a late night snack. Took a couple bites and spit it back up because it started to taste like some type of cleaning chemicals ? absolutely disgusting.

Car hops are always very pleasant but whomever is preparing orders needs to be FIRED! EVERYTIME I order on my app, ITS WRONG! Can the people read? I will not be returning to this location. I’ve waiting between visits & have tried again about 5 times & my order is never right! And do the blasts just come with a scoop of the candy/cookies on top now instead of blended within? Bc that’s the way mine have been every time & it’s def not worth $5 a pop! Highly disappointed!!!!

Placed through the app. Was handed someone else's food. The burger was made incorrectly. But the best part was my hard chicken sandwich with moldy bun. Photo under pictures. 10/10 do not recommend
Got an awesome breakfast burrito. Tots did have an " old grease" taste, but they were ok. My server was very friendly.

Drove through the other day for a large ice tea....almost $3! I said never mind and got the same size tea at Chicken Express for $2...which is still too high for flavored water that costs pennies to make. Stopped today and ordered 3 chicken tenders and some honey mustard. Paid over $5. Got home and was in for a shock! They were barely a bite each! I've never seen tenders that small!! Ya'll are getting ridiculous with pricing and portion size! This was my last Sonic stop. I'm done.
