They didn't put the BACON on the BACONcheeseburger and the patties were so dried out along the edges I had to only eat the middle of the burger. It had the crunch and texture of a crouton.

DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATIONSimple order get home all wrong not sure how much easier an order can be go back to fix it and the employees make you feel like I did something wrong didn't even attempt to compensate me in any way for having to come back so they could get it right the second time just really seemed like they just plain simply didn't care with prices rising why waste it on a fast food chain with poor service quality of food and filthy work environment yeah this place needs to be visited by the health department.

The person taking out order couldn't seem to hear us very well. Not too big of a problem. The biggest problem is within an hour I got sick to my stomach and still am a couple hours later. Not going to this location again.

It looked like they had one person working both drive thru and stalls. Waited almost 30 mins for food and it was cold when I got home. Burgers and fries were awful. Will not come back to this Sonic.

Didn’t get to order pulled up no one greeted me, screen was spinning no sign saying they are closed or anything pulled around to speak with someone in the drive through car is there and lady in window hanging out carrying on a full conversation. Waited several minutes while I finished my phone call. Still waiting no one even acknowledges me, they are still talking. I back out and leave….. terrible service….. huge disappointment! Do better

I'm sitting at Sonic on Davis near Smithfield Elementary. Here why you should go elsewhere:1. Sat in drive thru for 8-10 minute a and no one answeres2. Pulled into stall for order instead. Buzzed three times to get an answer.3. Paid and have sat here for 35 minutes…and the food was lukewarm4. I watched six vehicles leave the drive thru because of the wait.5. And lastly, I've heard four people cussing at the service person about the wait, and she never apologized once.Whoever owns this place: MAN! You're losing so many customers. This location is awful!

Oh my goodness I don't think I've ever given a 1 star review but here goes! Ordered lunch on the app I ordered the footlong cheese coney that was on sale and tots and a drink! Pulled up and only option was to put in a parking space which I did instead of going thru the drive thru! I put my location in and food really should have been ready but I didn't mind waiting another 10 minutes! A man maybe the manager since he was wearing regular clothes brought out my order and handed it to me! He said not a word not a Hi or a Thank you or a Thank you for the tip I prepaid! I'll never prepay a tip again! The footlong looks horrible and tater tot's were cold and broken! The Diet Coke was good there is the 1 star! I do not recommend this Sonic! Happy eating everyone!

I am allergic to strawberries but they kept 'fixing' my half sweet/half unsweet but kept giving me one with strawberry in it. I tried to tell them the problem but it didn't seem to matter.
