After having a horrible experience at the Watauga location a week ago, this location made everything right. The service was great all the way around. One of the young men, and I am disappointed I didn't get his name, he asked me how well did I want my chicken cooked. When I got my order he said to me "I did really good for you". This review is overdue, but I wanted to give 5-stars to Roxanna for taking care of us. We did a delivery order and it did not go well. I reached out with my concerns, and the very next day which was Christmas Eve, Roxanna called and resolved our issue. I am very pleased and satisfied with the above and beyond service I received. Thank you!
