Cookies cooked to perfection and Cinnamon rolls that are flakey and glazed just right! The employees/ owners are super nice and helpful when placing your order. This is my new found spot!“

“We happened upon the cute pie shop while perusing Roanoke one day. Roanoke is usually challenging when it comes to parking but we went pretty early on a weekday so we luckily beat the lunch rush. The shop is right near Babe's. The shop is quaint and they have the pies on display and have a wonderful selection. It's not really a place to sit and enjoy the pie... more of a grab and go. But it is clean and smelled wonderful. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and the server was gracious enough to give us a run down of what they had available. We got a mini lemon pie, pecan pie and slice of Mexican chocolate. All of them were absolutely delicious. My favorite was the pecan pie. Had the perfect balance and flavor. His was the Mexican chocolate which was sweet with just the right amount of spice. We will definitely come back.“

“This place has that old Victorian coffee bakery shop vibes. Walking in and getting that auto feel of needing coffee and a pastry. Ordered a double espresso with a cream cheese brownie at 3:45 in the afternoon. While waiting, I was surrounded by the atmosphere of wonders. Especially a neat design of coffee mugs on the wall. The only wish I had if they had a mini mug for the espresso. But the pricing for everything is perfect.“

I came across Tiff's Treats while looking around the hotel area. Read the reviews and figured I would give them a try, GLAD I DID!!! They're only open for a few hours weekly on both Friday and Saturday nights, and they operate out the back of a popular Steakhouse. There are only ever two items, maybe three on their menu, $6 each. Tonight's donut offering was Tiramisu.Unfortunately I ate the evidence and didn't snag any good photos, but let me just say that Back Dough has the absolute best and freshest gourmet donut offerings in the DFW area. You're not going to find a better donut anywhere, truly. Believe me; I've tried very passionately.They don't serve up absolute banger flavors every week, but if you're fortunate enough to go when they're offering something like their Maple Bacon flavored donut... My god. Restaurant quality bacon with amazing delicious creme filling... You're not going to find anywhere else serving something like that unless they're a fancy dining establishment.It's a truly unique experience. I'll try to snap some photos next time I go.If you're having a drink on the Denton Square on a Friday or Saturday night, do yourself a favor and watch the clock, and when it's about 5 minutes till 10 PM, mosey on over to Back Dough and get yourself a gourmet donut you won't find anywhere else. I'd recommend getting there right when they open so they're not sold out on any flavors. The demand can get crazy at times.“
