Every time I come here after 10pm wait time just to be seated in an almost empty restaurant averages 15-30 minutes. Servers ignore you in order to gossip with each other. Amazed that they haven't lost their franchise as this is normal. Save yourself some trouble and go to IHOP.

I always feel welcomed when I come here late at night. Cathy Stricken is really sweet, and makes sure the food is fresh and the coffee is hot. Tonight she cooked. And I ordered the chicken, biscuit and gravy bowl with scrambled eggs. It was fresh and delicious!

The service was great. My waitress was very fast and knowledgeable. My steak was cooked to perfection. The manager even came around to check on us. Nancy was so nice. Even refilled our coffee for us. Was not as good as I expected waited 20 min to get out drink ordered a bourbon burger and wanted. All onions grilled well onion's where not grilled and it had no bourbon sauce what so ever then waited about 30 min to get our ticket so we can pay for the meal!!

If I could give CATHY STRCKLEN, the manager on duty, late night a NEGATIVE FIVE” Review I would! First, she told us it would be a 20 minute wait and hardly no guests. I ordered a burger and the bun was burnt! The server was very friendly and sincerely apologetic. Cathy on the other hand insulted me and told me “I can’t give it to you for free!” After saying she would give me another bun and I declined. I never asked her for anything “free”, I wanted to bring it to her attention that the bun was burnt. She became very defensive and stated that’s how the buns are supposed to be. She didn’t even have the common decency to make another burger when she clearly saw it was burnt. Terrible decision to have her in charge of any type of customer service. She shouldn’t even be in charge of herself much less in any leadership role over employees or providing customer service to guests! Her behavior was very insulting and offensive and needs to be addressed.If you come here make sure it is not under her watch.

I ordered online picked up my food and it tasted like it was sitting all day I ordered bacon and they gave me some burnt thing that resembled bacon that not even my dog would eat the eggs were nasty and the hash browns were disgusting never will I eat here again gross.
