Anyone who knows me knows I'm really not a foodie certainly not a barbecue person but the food from Hercules was amazing! First time I've had anything from a barbecue place in Texas that I've actually enjoyed. The eye roll my man had over the sausage speaks for itself, the brisket he says is very tender and flavorful and he is a foodie. The only improvement would be a Kaiser roll for the sandwich. It is always an absolute treat when I’m able to make the drive over to get Hercules! The owners are so sweet and the staff is very friendly, and of course the food is great! (Also the best hangover food in Odessa)
