I enjoyed the food, everything tasted good and they were open to changing ingredients or adding them if you wanted, the atmosphere is nice and the people there too, I love it, and I definitely want to go eat there again.
This West Texas Cafe is a slice of pure Odessa tradition especially if you work in oil and gas. A solid West Texas type of blend of Tex-Mex and American Cafe fare you can go wrong with any selection. The staff is amazing and your sweet tea is never empty.

Had a bill for $89.20. They asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I told him make it a total of $95. Then they added $3.79 for a non cash adjustment but didn't tell me and I didn't see it until I got home and looked at the receipt.

Food is okay, but they also charge a $1.50 to use any type of payment card. We usually pay cash when we do go there, but we had been to the farmers market and used what cash we had. The smart aleck young girl that answers the phone, rudely said, "well that notice is on the menu and the front inside door". Well, they are busy on Saturday mornings and everyone's trying to get around people and trying to maneuver to their table. WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR SOMETHING ON THE MENU THAT STATES YOU CHARGE $1.50 to use a card!! HEY LITTLE CASHIER, open your mouth and tell people that so we have a choice every time. It does NOT COST $1.50 to your business to use that service either. You are making a small fortune. It's DISHONEST imo. So listen up, if you tell people and they start paying by cash, you'll have to keep more cash on hand and go to the bank more often. So, be honest and upfront with your CUSTOMERS, and WARN THEM first. Your food is not anything special and I will not be back. And btw, had I known you charged that, I would have ADJUSTED my tip to $1.50 less.... So we can also play your game!

I was "hongry" so I forgot to take a picture ! Best Liver & Onions you ever ate !!! They cut it in straps and grill it with onion, bell pepper, tomatoes & jalapeños.Really, really gewd !!!
