Anyone who knows me knows I'm really not a foodie certainly not a barbecue person but the food from Hercules was amazing! First time I've had anything from a barbecue place in Texas that I've actually enjoyed. The eye roll my man had over the sausage speaks for itself, the brisket he says is very tender and flavorful and he is a foodie. The only improvement would be a Kaiser roll for the sandwich. The potato salad thankfully wasn't altered mashed potatoes and the beans were firm and tasty. We highly recommend this food truck and will definitely eat their food again. Definitely 5 stars!

They have really good food very tasty choices they're just a little hard to catch sometimes when they change schedules or locations I wonder when are they going to open a restaurant it would be nice!? If you see them you gotta try it!!
