This place used to be good but my mom used the website and ordered our food and it told us the pickup time of 20 minutes later and I got there it is not ready and the lady was very rude about it and said it would be 5 minutes more also the website price is $2 more than the in person price we got the chicken strip dinner and it was 14.99 online and 12.98 in person so do not use the website in person for 14.99 we would have got a drink to and when I asked about it she was rude I just left with my food and it was a 10 minute wait very not happy

I was left on hold for 18 min It was 30 min . til close at start of call . They were busy but my order would have taken 10 seconds to take . I was still on hold when I pulled up at the drive thru window. They were not busy anymore other than wth closing . She forgot me on hold . The young lady took my order at 10 til 10 .I waited a bit& is what I was trying to avoid by calling in . none the less the food is EXCELLENT , EVERYTIME. BEST BANANA PUDDING EVER.

My husband and I tried Keith's after a recommendation from Hector at Family PowerSports. They have a nice "diner" feel, the staff was very friendly, the menu is well priced, food was fast, fresh, and delicious. We will definitely eat here again.

Called in an order and waited 20 min before going. Got to restaurant and was told it was not ready and waited another 25 min. They need better customer service!!!!!!!!!!
