Called manager next morn (Odessa, Tx) per my visa was charged 3 separate times for 1 (same) purchase. Was told to call her (manager) back when I obtain receipt with receipt numbers. I did so immediately and ended up calling 20+ times where no one would then answer phone. Of course I contacted my Visa & will report to LJS corporate office. NOTE: Their Corporate has a 1.4 scale AWFUL rating! Food wasn't all that good either. Not sure/questionable, if employees are USA legals.

Hell no I got a family meal 16 pieces an only 6 packets an not to mention it was so greasy an the fries were stale and the manager knew she said she knows that she has been getting told that there nasty an now my whole family stomach hurts if we have to go to the hospital because of how greasy it was yall are paying for the medical bill not us with the meal being 54 bucks for nothing an the only thing they can do is a discount I know where I work this not acceptable an not even the workers acting like they don’t want to be there horrible service if I can give it 0 stars I would literally

Worse customer service ever, said they weren’t making family orders. Wanted a 16 piece meal, waited 15 minutes in the drive thru before anyone even attempted to take our order!!! They weren’t busy didn’t have any customers so hmmmm makes you wonder what is really going on in there. Had to go to West County RD

It took a very, very long time to get to the window. I'm giving this one star, but don't get me wrong, the food was at least very delicious and fresh. However, we were sitting in line from 5:30-6:25. When we got to the window, my husband and I weren't given all of our food (two #12's) so we had to wait longer for it to be completed... which I didn't mind, since we were already there for over 45 minutes or so.The girl at the window was friendly about me returning the plate of food (because the order was wrong) and didn't give me a hard time about it. My husband and I have been here a couple of months ago as well, and the lady also forgot one of the boxes of food for us back then too. Not sure what's up with that, I'll go here again when I crave Long John's months down the road, but I'll certainly dread returning.

After ordering at the speaker it took over a HOUR to get to the window. I pay for my order to only recieve ONE box when I ordered TWO. I'm not leaving until I get what I ordered. She proceeds to tell me that it will be a TEN MINUTE wait after already waiting over one HOUR to get to the window when my food should have already been finished.If you get in this line? YOU'RE TRAPPED and cannot leave. The drive-thru is designed like it's from the 70s, and you're on a rollercoaster. If you order here.. God help you.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!I WILL NEVER BE GOING HERE AGAIN.IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS, I WOULD.
