Rosas is fire.... honestly I can't name one thing I've tried from there so far that I can think of that wasn't on point everything is served to you fresh and in a short amount of time the wait is so worth it and the prices also. All 27 years of my life has been great when dealing with Rosas cafe never have I had problems and the service is great I would give it all a 10/10. Rosa’s Cafe is an upscale, fast casual restaurant - one of the fastest growing segments in the restaurant industry. The first Rosa’s Cafe was built in 1983 in San Angelo, Texas. In 1995, Bobby D. Cox purchased the brand with its five locations and today has expanded to more than 50 independently-owned restaurants located throughout Texas. 1983 in San Angelo, Texas1995, 1995, Bobby D Cox. The signature products at Rosa’s Cafe are the beef and chicken fajitas, marinated and grilled to perfection over real West Texas mesquite wood giving them their distinct flavor. Other popular menu items include crispy and soft tacos, Mexican dinner plates, sour cream chicken enchiladas, taco salads, burritos, tostadas, tamales and made-from-scratch tortillas and sopapillas. The complimentary salsa bar includes fresh pico de gallo and salsas of different seasonings to top off any meal with a mouth-watering zest.

Something stunk when I walked in. The food has never been good at any of the ones I’ve been to. The only thing worth getting is the tortillas. My beef fajitas tasted off like they had been cooked with fish or something. And the staff was kind rude.

Services was terrible, lady who gave us our food was rude. You order a $15 fajita plate and they only give you three pieces of beef plus it's not the first time we been here.

The food is very delicious, but they serve the dishes with very little food, they go several times which happens to me. For the price they should be better served. And I had employees who treated me very reluctantly. Brown roses have lost their

Food is way over priced, they're inconsistent on portions and they rarely get orders correct in their haste to herd customers like cattle down a chute. Go to an actual Mexican food restaurant and get 2x the food for what Rosa's charges and get better service.
