I have visited this particular location and my only complaint would be the attentiveness. The first visit I want to discuss is the fact that I walked in thru the side entrance “to go” area for assistance. Several people saw me and walked completely by me without asking me if I needed anything or had I been helped. Several workers on their phones and horse playing around. 1/27/24 Coming from a town where our Chick Fil A is ON IT. ALWAYS. This was the worst experience I’ve had at this chain. Ordered on the app from nearly 15mins away for a curbside pick up…. After waiting nearly 10mins and having already seen 3 other people also in curbside go in to get their order… we did the same… staff was moseying around with few people inside and a short drive through we proceeded to wait another 5mins at the counter for them to put together our order...read full review

The drive thru was super busy when we got there. We were only 2 out of 4 people that were inside the restaurant and it took 15 minutes to get our food because they said they ran out of chicken and biscuits.
