“I love this place they have great drinks and most of the time friendly staff. Most of the time my drinks typically come out exactly how I like them. They will typically be just right, slightly stronger or slightly sweeter than what I like but I don't mind it, they still taste good. I did go today and had my drink remade because it was watery and it still came out watery. I've had two instances like that but one of the times they were able to correct it, unfortunately this time the were not able to correct it which is disappointing because I love this place and go here all the time.i ended up just getting a refund. Over all a good place but consistency in flavor isn't always there.“

“I found this shop by pure luck, It was the closest to the area I was in, so I decided to stop by and work on some HW. The atmosphere of the place is so warm and welcoming, the owners are really sweet. I went in for coffee, but was given an option of tea and I'm so glad I listened. Their guayaba tea and their crepes are so yummy. You can tell the owners love what they do and each other. Definitely going back and taking some new people with me.“

“I love this little coffee shop. The study room is a hidden gem because sometimes I have to decompress in a less stimulating environment during my lunch break. It's the perfect place to relax, study or read a book. They have a bookshelf there where I was able to finally get my hands on ACOTAR lol. Very personable and accommodating staff, great atmosphere, if you want suggestions for something new they are patient and in no way denigrate you. The drinks are just good, you can taste the drink and flavors instead of overwhelming sugar. They taste like quality drinks and totally different from chain shops I have tried. “Great place and great drinks. The shaken espresso was great and so was the iced latte we got. The tropical was great too, but was a little too thick at first to drink through the straw easily. I think having a boba straw would be perfect for the drink though. The service was great and everyone was very friendly. It is chia seed set in almond milk and you ca. choose 4 toppings I usually do honey for extra sweetness, bananas, almond butter, and blueberries or pineapples. You come in, pick a bowl size, pick your frozen yogurt flavor, and then the barista will add some toppings of your choosing. “First time ever in Starbucks wasn't that full but i was able to ask the baristas for coffee recommendations and also they told me if I wanted a coffee similar to that of the dutchbros lineup that they were happy to make it as long as i had the ingredients. “This is a nice coffee shop in McAllen. I liked my pour over, it was a lighter roast. I also had a flat white and I think it’s slighter darker than I prefer but it was good. The atmosphere is trendy like you’d expect from a high class 3rd wave coffee shop.“

“As an sort of "Coffee Fanboy", I tried a lot of the selections of coffee offered to me nearby the local university and in the valley, including the Starbucks and in-house cafe as I am a university student. And let me tell you, there is no better coffee place near the university then the "Reserva Coffee Roasters". I had multiple types of coffee during the past 8 weeks of university and I can say that their selection is unmatched. They have cold and hot coffee with some really unique flavors and the best cold brew (so far) out of all the ones I have tried. They also have some pretty good service as my two usual baristas, John and Ab, are pretty good at making coffee and they are pretty fun to talk to as well, which make the experience of going better overall. If there is a negative I can put on the cafe, it would be that the price is a bit steep, but if it is for quality coffee, then I can not really complain. But. I personally still think that this is "the" place to go to if you need some coffee around here. I can't wait to see how the next few coffees are like! (P.S., If anyone from the cafe sees this, make sure to keep it up! You are doing good!)“
