“As I was walking home from work, I heard the vicious roar of an empty stomach after my 10 hour shift. I didn't wanna walk any further than I already had to, and this is one of the places otw back to my house. I stopped in front of the restaurant, sized it up and walked in with the idea of this being another regular tex mex place. As I walked in I was greeted by a colorful atmosphere and one associate at the front. I looked and pondered on the menu and was debating on just going to sonic since I've never even been here. However, the rain was too close by to add another stop to my aching feet so I settled within my indecisive thoughts on just staying put. I asked an associate what was good n she recommended the regio bowl. I agreed and she politely explained all the ingredients and the American names for the meat selection. I settled on bistec bowl. I walked out, made it home after the rain relinquished it's anger on me, and opened my bag up. I carefully dug apart each layer of this bowl and decided to add the Pico, salsa, sour cream n avocado that comes with it in the bag. Opened my complimentary package of plastic silverware, n decided to blend everything together after seeing it was almost like Chipotle bowls. I finished mixing the layers, scooped a nice size bite onto my provided spoon n ate it. I stopped mid chew when I realized this was better than Chipotle. Who can beat Chipotle? Pollo regio.“

And the tacos al pastor are what makes life worth living.I’ve ordered the same soup at other locations and this one just does something different.There’s a lovely young lady there, Alejandra I believe, who is so sweet (and patient with this indecisive old lady!).When I order delivery to my job, it always arrives hot and well-packed. Rarely any spills. My order is also reliably correct! A huge plus.I have had several of the menu items and they are all tasty. I would have preferred the crinkle fries instead of the thin fries, the salad was simple, the hush puppies were like corn nuggets and very good, I would have liked more of them, could have done without the jalapeno relish, didn't really add much to the meal. “The restaurant was very nice it had a great vibe the place was very clean as well great service too the food was fresh and hot it did not take them long to make the food either I got the chicken tenders and 3 wings as well the chicken and tenders was very juicy and cooked to perfection I just didn’t like the dry rub on the chicken it wasn’t for me I ordered a mild spicy level and it was still too spicy the season was over powering too me I couldn’t enjoy the food like I would have liked but it’s supposed to be hot so it’s just me the food is great for the spicy food lovers and surprisingly the banana pudding was good as well if I do eat here again I’ll probably order some regular chicken with no spicy“
“Before I start off, I would like to say that I absolutely enjoy this chicken. Ive never had an issue at the location until tonight. So my go to spice is medium because it has a nice kick to it, not to spicy but flavorful. Last time I came it tasted really spicy like hot and I didnt say anything because it wasn't a big deal and they were busy. But tonight I came through the drive thru got the same spice level (medium) and went home to eat it. I bite into it and the spice just hits me. So l yes I ate it but I called and asked if the ingredients changed and the lady said no, and I said it tastes really spicy and b4 I finished she replied with "mhm okay bye bye." Please hire people with customer service skills. I wasnt rude but if I was the manger I would like to make things right by maybe checking how they are making it spicy for future orders.“

“Amazing restaurant and incredible food. We first stopped here because we were working in the area and it was lunch and it caught my eye. I've never been to a Pollo Regio before and after we came here one time I couldn't belive what I had been missing out on. The Half Chicken is out of this world its so good, after one trip it became the benchmark for chicken I get from anywhere I go. It's always 'this chicken is good, but it's not as good as Pollo Regio.' I am grateful to Emma and Angie because they make it a wonderful experience when we come by, and we have come by 3 or 4 times a week when we are working in town because the food is that good and the atmosphere is so inviting. “This has become my favorite chicken place when I'm in a rush (the #14 half chicken). They have never given me a dry chicken, always juicy and awesome. But I will say always order more tortillas if you want to really enjoy this meal. It always leaves me feeling like I over ate, but that's what I wanted! “Having to eat gluten free, I always feel safe eating and ordering from here. It's hard to feel that way about any fast food establishment. Chick-fil-A has a decent array of GF options, the most important being the waffle fries! I love those things. They're always overall hot and crisp. Rarely do you get any soggy fries. Almost all the dipping sauces and dressings are gluten free as well, including the barbecue, Polynesian, and Chuck-FIL-A signature sauces. Then there's grilled chicken nuggets, the chicken filet, a gluten free bun, all the salads, fruit cups, the scramble bowls, sausage, bacon, hash brows, yogurt parfait, and that softy-frosty ice cream. I often opt for the grilled nuggets and fries, but if I'm extra hungry I'll do the Cobb or market salad with spicy grilled chicken. And fries! The market salad has lots of fruit in it, a mix of red and green apples, strawberries, and blueberries, plus crumbled blue cheese. I mean it's a really lovely salad, especially for a drive-thru! This location is as friendly and speedy as ever. I still avoid peak times (Saturday, mornings, lunch) because the traffic stresses me, out but if I pass by and it's not too scary I'm definitely stopping for my fountain coke and fries.“

“We frequent this location as it's the closest location to our house and it's quickly becoming our new favorite chicken place. Yesterday we ordered a large meal for my wifes grandmother's 82 birthday. Everything was seemlessly amazing and the order pick up time was 10 pm. Well we have 3 kids, one is a 2 year old and we're super busy and stay super tired. Last night at 10 pm we fell asleep, and thought nothing of it. Until we recieved a call an hour before the store closed asking if we were coming to pick up our order....oops... At 12:40 am 20 minutes before closing, I pulled up embarrassed. This crew handled it like pros, the gentleman at the window, was gracious and I would have thought it was 1 in the afternoon, not 1 in the morning. He said "we're remaking your food so it's fresh", it was out quickly and they were so detailed and helpful. I never give shout outs or reviews, but this one is deserving of the best! Thank you for helping us get a little sleep and still guaranteeing our food be prepared correctly, even if it was for the next day (only because Cane's is closed Easter Sunday) Thank you for your great service and excellent attitudes. “Multiple reasons for 5 star rating on this location. My wife suffered non-epileptic seizures while at this location today. Guests assisted her and notified her employer (nearby) of the situation.The leadership at Chick-fil-a leapt into action and redirected one of their staff with medical credentials to assist until the ambulance arrived, then thanked the guests that helped during this episode by offering free food/drink.This goes way above and beyond. I've always felt Chick-fil-a cares tremendously about their guests by providing consistency when so many other places don't, along with little touches that make visits a bit more personal.This location proves that beyond a shadow of a doubt. “This is a great restaurant. They prepare the food REALLY well. The team working there is great. Even when they make a mistake, they get it right. On my 2nd visit, they had an issue with their biscuits (the biscuits are made fresh on site). The issue lead to long wait times because they had to remake several batches of them instead of serving poor quality biscuits. They communicated what was going on, and I didn't mind the wait in exchange for the effort. Definitely recommend, 10/10!“
“This location just reopened after a long hiatus and it came back very strong. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was superb. We had the carne asada tacos and the pastor tacos and they are some of the best tacos in the area. Also we tried the agua frescas and tried the lime flavor although they had at least 5 different types. Overall a great place to eat some authentic Mexican food. Highly recommended.“
