“We went to Salt grass in Pasadena to get the Prime Rib. we were told by Alex that it's served only on Friday and Saturday night. we thought about leaving because my girlfriend wanted Prime rib.When Alex came back with our tea he said he talked to someone and got the Prime Rib approved. We ordered it and it was fantastic. Thank you Alex for going above and beyond for us. we are happy campers.”

Before I left the manager stopped me and said “hey, just making sure you know that you only put a protein and rice. No vegetables, no sauce. So I gave you extra protein.” Then he asked if I wanted the vegetables on the side since they are complimentary and assisted me with putting a separate bowl of veggies sauces and crispy bits. This was my first time trying this place and they could not have made a better first impression. The food is AMAZING but the customer service is what will bring me back time and time again. 10/10”

Located in an easy to find retail shopping center off of the Beltway.
Restaurant was very clean. Service was impeccable. Staff person took his time to explain the process for ordering. A myriad of toppings, sizes, sides, dine-in or take out.
I decided to stay and enjoy my pizza (with intention to take 1/2 home for later).
That didn't happen since I ate it all except one slice. Beverage offerings (self-serve) were excellent as well.”

Not being from Texas I was curious about everything on the land and she was very informative (I should’ve gotten her name). I ordered the Sycamore 2s which was 2 pancakes (choice of 1/2 waffle or 2 slices French toast), 2 eggs, and 2 pieces of bacon (choice of sausage also). I got my son an order of French toast, and a friend the brunch burger. Everything was AMAZING. The server mentioned Mondays they have a mimosa special (she told me exactly but I forget it). I like over medium eggs and this is the first place I’ve been that’s gotten my eggs PERFECT the first time around. It’s an adorable little café and there’s a wedding venue in the back. I highly recommend trying their food if you haven’t before. I took photos but it won’t let me add them to my review.”

At 8ish on a saturday night they only had 3 or 4 tables, no more than 12 people, including us 3 If they were starting to close for the day, they should've close the area they were cleaning. I don't appreciate smelling 'Fabuloso" while I'm eating with the mop bucket next to my table. Really your motto should be "Why are you still in business..." They have a variety of sauces, but for me the check of approval was the country cream gravy. Nothing special about the gravy, but the fact that they offer it (in my opinion) is a plus. Texas toast and crinkly fries were good, and almost a standard for most combo baskets, so it paired well. If you are an Aggie fan, you may recognize them as a local staple in Bryan/College Station. I would eat here again, considering the chicken competitions near by.”

“Oh man. Where to begin. After all of the positive reviews and being within spitting distance from my house, I had to give them a whirl. First of all, everyone there was so cool, friendly and helpful. The lady explained the menu to me, being relatively new to birria. Everything was made fresh, so a typical maybe 20 minute wait time, which was pretty reasonable. Everything was hot and fresh. Got home and unpacked the bag. Do not tilt the taco bags! I spilled taco juice all over my shorts because I tilted the bags the wrong way. Don't be dumb like me. These are kind of messy so expect some spillage and drippage. I ordered the 5 taco combo, which came with a good sized cup of consume. I got a healthy helping of cilantro, onions and a lime wedge as well as some hot sauce (didn't try yet) and an ice cold canned drink. The tacos were enjoyably crispy on the outside. They were fully stuffed with tender flavorful beef and gooey jack cheese. The consume was very good. Perfect for dipping but it didn't overwhelm any of the other flavors and it is like a broth rather than a sauce, so it's very light and not heavy like a gravy. I tried the tacos pure and had a couple left over to try with the onions and cilantro and other fixings later. A crisp cold Dr. Pepper went really well with everything too. All in all this was a 10/10 experience. I will be returning. Many many many times. EDIT: Returned today. Same outcome. Love the food. So fresh and juicy and delicious. 3 tacos is my way to go for me to get full but not overstuffed. Still a solid 10/10.”

“Morning Kolaches has been a long time favorite of ours. We've been regulars of the Deer Park and Pasadena location since 1999. Our favorites are Sausage and Cheese, Jolly peeno Popper, Ham and Swiss, Cream Cheese and the Ranchero. They have always very friendly at both locations.”

Cancun tilapia again with cheese and 8 tiny cocktail shrimp - no garlic sauce The plate was hot but not the food. At 8ish on a saturday night they only had 3 or 4 tables, no more than 12 people, including us 3 If they were starting to close for the day, they should've close the area they were cleaning. I don't appreciate smelling 'Fabuloso" while I'm eating with the mop bucket next to my table. Really your motto should be "Why are you still in business..." Marked as 1st and last on places not to visit. Overpriced for the food quality”

Pros:
1. This has been the most authentic food I have tasted. I have been trying to find another pupuseria that can resemble the taste of El Salvador and this one hits it in the spot.
2. Depending on the day, very few wait times for table. I have never had to wait for a table.
3. Overall cleanliness is there, I don't understand these reviews about being dirty, I never had a problem.
4. They are so attentive to the customer, at least 2 out of the 3 times, third one where the restaurant was very busy. I have gotten excellent customer service.

Cons:
Only con I would give it, is the wait times. If I order 2 pupusas I'm looking to wait about 20-40 minutes. But I personally don't mind since I'm never on a rush. If you want something quick to eat there's always fast food. For really good food, and good customer service, the least you could do is have patience for the people who work here.”

“Food is good… But! Staff is slow at seating people. Not cleaning the tables on time and the restaurant is messy. No motivation among the staff, like they’re Hating on life! I get it, Sucks that you’re working there but don’t blame the customers for your Life decisions.”

“I can’t believe this happened to us tonight at OUR favorite place…. Prior to celebrating my daughter’s 17th birthday, I checked your app specifically to join a waitlist, as this is her favorite restaurant. The app clearly showed no waitlist available. To confirm, I also called the Alamo Ranch location and was explicitly told there was no wait. Upon arrival, however, we were informed the wait time was over an hour, directly contradicting both the app and the information provided by staff. We then drove to the Landmark location, again under the impression that there was no wait. After arriving to check in a party of eight, we were told there would be another hour-long wait. This resulted in more than an hour and a half wasted driving between locations, based entirely on inaccurate and misleading information. This experience was unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and I have never encountered this level of incompetence, especially during what was meant to be a meaningful celebration for my daughter. Instead, the evening was ruined due to misinformation and poor communication at both locations. If your app cannot accurately reflect wait times or waitlist availability, it should not be relied upon at all. Either restore the ability to book through Yelp or immediately fix the functionality of your application. The current system is misleading customers and wasting their time. This experience left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I will be sharing this incident publicly to reflect the unprofessionalism and poor customer service we received unless corrective action is taken. At a minimum, this issue deserves acknowledgment and a clear explanation of how it will be addressed moving forward.”

They seemed to have their act together from the parking lot to the bathroom. And everywhere in between. The food was better than most Jack in the Box locations as well. They have over 20+ flavors of ice creams as well as over 20+ types of mix ins. Also the CLEANEST food establishment that I’ve ever been to. The staffs are super friendly and clean, wipes everything down, from the doors you enter/exit, to the tables AND chairs you sit at. 10/10 experience. Delicious, fresh flavors. My go to is either the banana toffee or the butter pecan pretzel toffee. Butter Pecan Ice Cream or Banana Ice Cream w/ caramel and Heath bar, and add pretzels for the sweet and salty combo! Yummm. If you are ever on Denton Hwy, or going to target, you literally cannot miss them! They’ve got a new sign to establish new ownership.”
