Disappointed. I decided to go on my lunch break so I order on the app. It was literally just a jr burger with added condiments and bacon. I ordered 10 minutes before heading out and chose pick up inside since it said on the app it was faster. Once I arrived, my order wasn't ready. The lady at the register had to tell the cook and i heard her tell her my order and noticed she didn't tell her to add bacon so i told her that i had bacon too and she said yes she knows. Was in a hurry. Service was slow. Ordered whooper with cheese and said I wanted it fresh. Was charged $7.77 for 1 burger and when I got the burger it was cold. I do not want a burger that sits in a pan somewhere in the kitchen. IF YOU WANT GORMA PRICES FOR YOUR FOOD IT NEED TO BE ABSOLUTELY FRESH NOT PRECOOKED. WILL NOT BE GOING BE TO BURGER KING EVER. WHATABURGER IS A BETTER BURGER FOR THE PRICE ANYWAY

had a bad experience here i got the munchies and i wanted a large oreo shake after a long hard day at school they they said "sorry our machine is not washed" this means that they do not care about sanitation and the safety of their customers and this also shows they do not care about their customers
