I don’t know how you can mess up on a 12 piece chicken fries order when it clearly says 12 and not 8. The chicken fries were not hot and fresh to order as well. Someone can’t count and needs to double check orders before sending them out. I’ll need someone to address this situation for the remainder of my chicken fries order, main reason being it was short 4, but because it’s my money that paid for this item but I didn’t get what I paid for.

had a bad experience here i got the munchies and i wanted a large oreo shake after a long hard day at school they they said "sorry our machine is not washed" this means that they do not care about sanitation and the safety of their customers and this also shows they do not care about their customers

I ordered a DoorDash for my son and his grandparents from the Fairmont location and did not receive part of my order.I spoke to the dasher and they informed me they are UNABLE to confirm the items (health reasons) and their job was to simply drop off.So I called Burger King to address the issue and the person I spoke to at 3:40 PM today said they were unable to do anything about it because their staff claimed to have bagged the items.All of this to say when I spend $40 on 3 burgers you expect ALL of your items to get delivered and if not possibly having enough decency to figure out a solution.The lady I spoke with at the location was highly unprofessional and completely ignorant to customer satisfaction.Will never be coming here again

They close too early at times dinning room supposed to be open until 10 but go at 9:30 and the doors locked and they just look at you especially when yo have walked there is aggravating. Then most of the time half the employees don't speak English and the order is mainly wrong.

Literally just left there. Asked for a number one during breakfast, sausage, egg and cheese croissant. Get to work open the bag and it is ham and cheese. Lady at window was also kind of rude, just a lack of care for customer service.

Came into the location at 8:25 PM and I know the employees heard me come in because the door slams real loud after someone comes in. I wait a good 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter and be greeted. Aren’t you supposed to be greeted as soon as someone walks in well anyways. Stood at the counter with all the employees in the back laughing and fooling around. Finally at 8:40 an employee comes to the counter and I just came to pick up a Togo order and what do you know…. The order is not ready! Smh.
Disappointed. I decided to go on my lunch break so I order on the app. It was literally just a jr burger with added condiments and bacon. I ordered 10 minutes before heading out and chose pick up inside since it said on the app it was faster. Once I arrived, my order wasn't ready. The lady at the register had to tell the cook and i heard her tell her my order and noticed she didn't tell her to add bacon so i told her that i had bacon too and she said yes she knows. I waited 5 minutes, received my order, and headed back to work. I got there, and my burger was missing condiments and the bacon. I was so upset because it took time from my short lunch break, and i couldn't go back to get it right. I always check my orders before leaving, but I was in a rush. If they couldn't get this small burger order right, then I don't think i want to risk a regular order. I'm not sure that I'll be coming back to this location, or I'll just make sure I check my order before leaving.
