Ordered a cookie cake with directions for the persons name to be at the bottom of the cake and the “happy birthday” at the top, the cashier wrote this on the order form. When she checked me out she gave me no receipt and when I asked about one, she said “do you want a receipt?” Like, don’t I need one for pick up? She re printed one out for me and I left it at that. When I came to pick up the next day, the cake was sloppy and the name was just written off to the side somewhere instead of on the bottom like the instructions said!!! The cashier that checked me out yesterday wasn’t there but the guy that was there asked me if it was okay like that because they didn’t have any more cakes! UGH, lesson learned, I will just take the extra drive to the other location on spencer where the service is way better

Went in to get my daughter a well deserved treat, thinking it would be nice to take her for some delicious ice cream. The minute I walked in the employees looked clueless, didn’t even greet us or help explain anything. I asked about the sizes and cone types since it was our first time and she just shuck her head. Worst experience ever, the toppings weren’t explained so by the time she mixed them in the ice cream because she said she had to or I would be charged extra, my daughters was melting. I asked for a smoothie and got cold ice cream hard as a rock. They didn’t even offer a straw nor napkins. Very rude and unprofessional, I do not recommend this location at all. If you don’t like your job, stay home. Customer service is very important!!!!! Pathetic service.

Snickerdoodle was awful. So when you walked in, it smelled like sewer. I should of just walked out that instance because the cookies almost had that taste. They shouldn't be allowed to call themselves this name. This did no live up to the great cookies im used to getting at every place. Save yourself the disappointment and go to the next location that comes up for you. Cookies were over done too.

Whoever does the advertising for this place sucks! Girl said it's been open for 2 years and I've never seen it and pass right by it 5 times a week. I even looked one up the other day to see where the closest location was and it was not this one that's 4 miles from my house it was one in 30 miles away in north east Texas. I only saw this location becuse we stopped at chipotle next door. We walked in and no was was at the counter. We waited a few mins and said hello the girl answered be Wright there. We waited 4 to 5 mins in all and almost left. Girl was not wearing her mask and put it on when we were almost done and handed my 3 small cookie bags instead of a bag or box. I cont want cookie crumbs in my car. The experience lost the starts. The cookies taste as good at the other locations so that's why they got 3 starts

I have been a customer since they open their store at Pasadena. I been always buying ice cream from them for my daughter and me. But last Friday, was my last time buying ice cream since I felt so disrespected from one of their employees. This male teenager, got upset cause I added five toppings to the $10 icecream size. He told me that he would charge me a bigger size if the icecream with toppings would not fit in the size I was getting. I said fine, I pay you extra. Then he came and put the smaller cup into the big cup and charge for a bigger size. Then I added the icecream without the small cup into the big cup and 1/4 of the icecream was missing. I told him it would fair for him to add the missing icecream into the cup since I was paying for eat. He nope, I ain't putting no more icecream cause you already added your topping and this owner policy. Then I asked him show me the store policy and he we don't have a written policy, the owner told me to do this. Then I told him well money it's not a problem to me because I come buy expensive icecream from you and I dont have a problem with that. You are losing a customer because it is not fair what are you doing and the way you are talking to the customers. Customers would not get services at places where they have a bad customer service. He said I dont care of you want to come back or not. I don't people should be treated like and that's why I am giving this review.

Went in tonight and the young lady was so extremely helpful! She was super patient with us even though it was almost closing time! She answered all the questions I had and helped me make my ice cream selection! Best marble slab I’ve been to in a while! We will definitely be back.
