“This review is not just me. Most importantly, it's the word of my 3 Little Caesars EXPERTS. For many, many, and I mean many years, we went to the location off Richey. Then the service and the wait time got ridiculous. I was ecstatic when they opened the drive-through off I-45 and Edgebrook. My kids have been complaining about the pizza, breadsticks, and sauce since the day they OPENED. What 2 years ago? I've ignored them. The complaints lately have been, "Please just go back to Richey." Due to convenience and just non-belief that that EVERYTHING could taste that much different. December 6, 2022, I was in the drive-thru. He was waiting for my order. A light bulb went off in my head. I said, "Never mind, my kids hate your pizza. I'm going to the Little Caesars on Shaver. I drove off. My kids didn't know I was going anywhere else. I bought their usual. Bread sticks with sauce, and a hot n ready. I went to my room. They sat down to eat, and they immediately started yelling. HIM: "Where did you go? This isn't from the same place!" HER: "These are the best breadsticks ever." HIM: "Did you buy the ultimate bestest?"ME LYING: No, it's the same place, same pizza. My daughter gave me a breadstick and said, "Try this. It's the softest breadsticks ever." As I looked at the pizza and saw the amount of pepperoni for it, not even being an ultimate bestest. HER: "They actually filled up the sauce." They noticed everything. Can't deny them pizza from this old location that satisfied them. I love happy kids and mine, well they know pizza. No, they are not all the same.“
“Usually I never have a problem with this place and it would get a 5 star rating except for this one incident about a week ago when I went to get an order for a teacher friend of mine. The manager seemed to have an attitude problem when I gave her the tax exception form for the order. Which I was told needed to be presented to get the exemption. Because the order was large we had to pay 1st online only to be informed that we would need to be charged again to get the exemption. I told her that it was okay don't worry about it. After they brought the pizza out for me to carry out she was like that's it. Very dismissive and not polite at all. Other than that the staff is very pleasant.“
“The manager provided me with excellent service on what seemed like a busy day. He was very welcoming and apologized for the inconvenience and helped me with my order and provided me with hot and ready pizza. I can definitely say the customer service at this location is one of the best. Kudos to the manager Joshua for having great patience on a busy night.“
