“I placed an order online that I needed cancelled. After 3 calls back and forth, I was not able to get anywhere with them. I came back the next day, not so hopeful I'd be able to my money back, which I didn't. However, the shift supervisor (Raphael) was courteous and took care of me right away, by offering to make the order fresh. I know it wasn't what I wanted, but I am grateful he took my word for my situation and made it right for me.“
