Just had lunch with two friends at Rosita's today. Had the chimichanga and it was really good. I don't like refried beans to I had my order with no beans and extra rice. It was big enough that I cut the chimichanga in half and felt just right with half. The service was good and the food served promptly and piping hot.It's a solid local spot with a long history in Llano. Definitely work stopping in.
Big place with fast service. Warm chips with very tasty and spicy salsa. Hubby got el pirate (flour tortilla with cheese and pastor meat) with a tamale on the side. He was very happy with his meal. I think I was the only one to have a cheeseburger and fries which were very good.

We came to Llano to visit family, and Rositas was recommended by them. We ate here the day before the blizzard hit, and the place was slow at the time., but the staff was very attentive, and the food was great.
