We came to Llano to visit family, and Rositas was recommended by them. We ate here the day before the blizzard hit, and the place was slow at the time., but the staff was very attentive, and the food was great.

Booooomb burrito. The chicken was real, like, you would cook chicken at home... not the standard LA mushy white squares that are probably cut with wood (yeah google it, food "producers" [food should be produced or manufactured, its food] are cutting chicken with wood to save money, subway, Burger King, etc). ANYWAY yeah the chicken POPPED. The onions were so good, kinda sweet, kinda stingy, yup. Oh, the green sauce :0 I'm white and don't know what it's called LoL (low key joking I should learn what it's called :)) but I always use it and theirs was some of the best!! All the other ingredients were basically good. The person taking my order was super cool and nice too :D

Tried to rip me off I handed a $50 for 3 tacos and a water. She handed me back 32 and change. I took a moment then thought that's way too much. I had a couple hundred in cash I didn't need to get the For a 10. They made me wait while they checked security cameras and then argued. Do not eat here. Do not expect change.

Just had lunch with two friends at Rosita's today. Had the chimichanga and it was really good. I don't like refried beans to I had my order with no beans and extra rice. It was big enough that I cut the chimichanga in half and felt just right with half. The service was good and the food served promptly and piping hot.It's a solid local spot with a long history in Llano. Definitely work stopping in.

Big place with fast service. Warm chips with very tasty and spicy salsa. Hubby got el pirate (flour tortilla with cheese and pastor meat) with a tamale on the side. He was very happy with his meal. I think I was the only one to have a cheeseburger and fries which were very good.

Cabeza tacos are so good! Authentic, perfectly seasoned and melts in your mouth. There is that slight crunch that works really well with the rendered fat in the meat. I've tried their cabeza tacos before and seems to be pretty consistent. The green salsa is amazing with it too! I'm giving 4 stars because of the wait. I have called my order in ahead of time and they still took a while to finish my order. Highly recommend this spot to get authentic Mexican food especially for #tacotuesdays!

Everything is extra fresh. The restaurant is very nicely decorated and extra clean. The service is excellent. The chips are always hot and brought to your table as soon as you set down. Better than anything in Marble Falls or Kingsland. Amazing food for as city the size of Llano.

Called our food in for to go, When we walked in everyone was very attentive. The place was very clean. The food was seasoned very well. It was very good. All around good food. A must stop place.

We were in town visiting with good family friends and they suggested Rosita's. It was a tremendous suggestion! They have a traditional red salsa that was very good. The Queso was silky smooth and very flavorful. Several us ordered the enchiladas. They were super tasty. I had a side tamale with my enchiladas. It came drizzled in chile con carne. My daughter had the beef fajitas. I had a taste and it must have been a marinade some kind of sweet element, maybe pineapple juice. It was very good and temporarily made me think I should have ordered that instead. Our server was a very nice young man. He was friendly and seemed honest when we asked him what he liked best on the menu. He worked very hard to make all our needs we met. The manager even came by to check on us to make sure everything we experienced was satisfactory. We gave him a very enthusiastic response.

I had the horchata, chicken and asada taco. I wasn't wowed by the horchata. Pretty much just tasted like milk water chicken taco was tasty but the asada taco was meh and dry. Not the best place but not the worst.
