Was just in there and had a horrible experience with Angela. She threw one of the sandwiches and argued with me about adding extra cheese being more than the normal 4 slices for a foot long. Yet wanted to charge me extra still. Brandon made my daughter's sandwich delicious and is such a great employee. We felt sorry that he has to work with such a horrible personality!! She really needs to learn how to speak to customers and that no one wants their food thrown like that. Then deny throwing it when everyone saw. She confused Brandon and the poor young man looked frightened. She's going to run off customers. We walked out and let her keep them.

This place is completely unprofessional! Would not recommend coming here .. The manager Crystal is horrible to be around, I don’t even want to step foot in there because of her horrible attitude and demeanor! The workplace environment is awful whoever owns this place is doing an awful job .. if I could rate this place 0 I would.

This should be an All American Club sandwich with meat and cheese only...not worth $10 and very disappointed with this subway! Subway needs to make this right!?

I walked in to get my order that I'd done on my phone about 10 mins beforehand, the store was empty, food still wasn't made, and when I initially walked into the store, the guy walked in like he was going to fight me, with his walking style and attitude/speed, asked "what do you want", and that's all he said the rest of the time. Food is alright, it wasn't even close to closing when I made the order. The only thing keeping this from being a 1 star review was that he loaded my sub with extra meatballs and bacon, even though I only ordered and paid for normal amount. I'm glad I got extra of what I asked for, but your employees need retrained and they need an attitude check. Whoever night shift is for 9/24/22, the scruffy, black haired, homeless looking guy that made my sub, is the person I'm speaking about mainly. He didn't even have a name tag on him anywhere.

I had a special request for employee to change his gloves only because I noticed he handled the register and was touching his pants. I guess he wasn't too happy with my request and proceeded to make my sandwich with an attitude i definitely felt that. I have a 30 minute break but instead left without him completing my order. If you're not happy with your job move along.

I wasn't very happy with the service. I could tell the employees weren't into their jobs.They were very stiff and didn't really care about the customers. I've managed a few stores (not subway), and attention was Always customers First.

We had an awful experience in your store today. The Guys at the counter we're extremely rude and seemed more interestedin their own conversation then helping my wife and I take our order.The Young man with "Jackie Chan" on his name plate onhis back words hat was extremely rude and rolled his eyes and got annoyed when we couldn't hear his question becausehe was whispering with his back towards us and then down at the food instead of speaking in a correct tone towards us.Itwas very obvious that he was annoyed as more customers came into the store and lacks customer service. I'm usually a very generous tipper and these 2 guys don't deserve to be front and center of this busy location. They food was also subpar and the floor looked like it hasn't been cleaned/mopped in days along with the drink fountain.Huge mess overall. Will not be coming back to this location.Training will not help the attitude of the boys.Also the fact that he has "Jackie Chan" on his name plate is a clear sign that he doesn't want his name to be stated in whatI'm sure are multiple horrible reviews towards his performance at this store/chain.
