“Excellent Pho and Vietnamese vermicelli dishes. I had the pho with brisket and eye round steak. It comes with fresh basil, jalapeño slices, bean sprouts. and cilantro you add. Excellent service. I thought the ice tea was a little strong, but for the Spring rolls, that was the best peanut sauce I ever had. It looks like there was some coconut sauce as well as hot sauce added. My companion had the grilled pork and vermicelli with an egg roll. If it was fancier inside and the food was Exceptional instead of Excellent I would rate it five stars.“

“The food is delicious. Love that they know my order since I'm a regular. The service is good however, it can be a bit of a weight if they are busy. From what I hear they are short staffed. The ambience is very welcoming and simple. Especially there bathroom which is funny. It's very fancy with tiled walls and accent trim. Highly recommend for those Pho fanatics! Definitely in my top 3 best phos I've tried given my 10+ years of pho experience.“

“This is truly a hidden gem!! I stopped by two other coffee shops before arriving here. Summer Moon had no seats and I was ignored by the barista. The coffee shop further down was also overcrowded. “In all of my 26 years of all my life, this was the first time I've ever had pho! It was so so soooo good. So much more flavorful than I expected. The chicken was very tender and soft and seasoned very well. The plate was only $8-$9 and ginormous. Service was speedy and efficient. You can tell it's a well loved restaurant because it was packed at 1 pm on a Tuesday. It was extremely clean, and I LOVE that. I also had the coconut drink to drink and it was very very tasty. They used day-old baguette which is perfect for Vietnamese sandwiches. Would have been better if it was heated before coming out.- Banh xeo (3/5): 2 small ones which are 5.95ea, so $11.9 for both. They're only sold in a pair. Both are filled with only bean sprouts and small shrimp, no pork belly or mung bean. The shell was a little too thick and there wasn't enough fillings to justify the price. Though they came with a big plate of veggies to pair with, which was nice.- Hu tieu mi hoanh thanh (4/5): egg noodles and rice noodles combo with wonton. I think their wontons are made in-house because the size/shape are much different from the standard grocery ones. Portion is huge for the price (and with 7 wontons!)- Pho dac biet (3.5/5): combination pho was a little lack luster flavor wise, but portion was generous for a small.Overall it was a decent visit if you're craving Việt food.“

I get two of them every time and knock em' down within 15 minutes. They are to die for. They're masterfully crafted, with the perfect ratio of meat, bread and greens. Their bread is almost perfect, with a delicate, crisp exterior and a fluffy, chewy interior. The greens are relatively standard and mundane in comparison, but the star of the show is the thit nuong; extremely well seasoned: nice and sweet, with a hint of smoke from the grilling process. You cannot go wrong ordering this sandwich.“
