Used to work here years ago, and it seems the food has just gone downhill since. Every time i come in now the bun for my meatball is burnt, but the meatballs and sauce are still great. Lettuce is usually wilted because they put it on the sandwich then cook it.Service is always slow, but to be fair there's usually only 2-3 workers at a time and most of the time they're going as fast as they can (those cooking conveyor belts and cookers are really slow). Sitting in drive thru with no other cars for 2 footlong sandwiches takes almost 30 minutes, and the inside just needs a good scrub down. Having worked there I might be biased, but it feels like it was cleaner and in better shape years ago and has just let itself go.Personally I would rather drive over to the Webster location (30+ minutes) which is perfect in every way. 2 stars only for the meatballs, everything else sucks here. Make the drive to Webster and you'll thank me.

If i could give it no stars i would. We came at 12 with no other cars in line. We where asked to "give her a minute" upon pulling up to the speaker. We waited almost 10. Right as we where about to pull away she took our oder. We ordered two sandwiches with drinks. Thats it. We paid and waited another 30 -40 min for our food. Which was handed to us in dirty food/greese coverd bags. Our fountain drinks tast wrong like the lines arnt clean. We left at 12:55 we will never be coming back here again.

I will find a Jimmy John's from now on. The wait to get my food was a little rediculous. It's never fast, but generally decent. Charged me 2.49 for a med drink but since I ordered a lrg sweet tea they had to charge me for the large as well. Everyone makes mistakes but when the lady at the window tried to say that's how it's done, I just left. I'm done with this location...

Great food. The same two people always in there, not so nice. Didn't honor my birthday, and it always smells like they burnt something. Not even 4 stars on Google. Doubt I'll go again with those people working there.

Sat by the speaker for 15 mins before my order was taken, there were 2 cars ahead of me waiting on food. The first got their food finally, the second car waited for 10 mins then peeled out before receiving their food. I waited an additional 1 5 mins for my food at the window. Total time spent was approximately 45 mins. I wrote 5 emails, talked with my granddaughter, texted friends and watched YouTube videos to pass the time. Great place to sit in your vehicle and catch up on things.

I pulled up to this location at 8:15pm right as an employee was turning off the open sign. He looked upset and was the only one working. I didn’t want to risk anything possibly happening to my food so I just turned around and left. Idk what happened to this location but yikes. Do better.
Drive thru is ok, you’ll wait 20-30 minutes inside. Size of bread has shrunk a lot as well as the amount of meat. A timer so they don’t turn their bread into croutons would be nice.

Dirty tables, super slow service, burned bread, chintzy on the meat and sandwich condiments, very few syrups in the Coke Freestyle machine. Very disappointing. This place won’t be in business much longer.

I'm not sure how this location can stay open. 10+ minutes to get a sub, meanwhile your chips and drink are gone. Lucky that I got mine I guess as 3 other people didn't. Trash can overflowing and no employees seemed to notice or care
