I hope I’m spelling her name right but Araceli is such a great employee! I’ve visited this location many times before and I’ve never received such a quality customer service experience. She’s very knowledgeable about the sandwiches, very warm and inviting, and friendly. I usually stick to what my normal order the hook and ladder but she recommended the Italian sub which is a sub I like but never realized they had it until she mentioned it. I tried it and loved it. I loved it so much that I’m back a second time. Coincidentally , she was there with the same energy! I appreciate the consistency in the service and her hospitality! It was very refreshing!

Watched employees take 20 mins to make 4 sandwiches. Good use of my time.

It's always a pleasurable experience going to a firehouse sub. This one was no different. The staff were friendly. The food is delicious. You're able to customize your sandwich to your liking. The best part is that part of the proceeds go towards fighters. Keep up the good work!
This was our first time in Firehouse after a long time. The food is always delicious. This time was no different. Unfortunately, the service was not as great as it has been in the past. My family of five went with my mother for an early dinner. The restaurant was receiving a lot of call-in business and prioritized those to-go orders over the dine-in customers. As a result, the five of us finished our meal before my mom even got her food. The staff was apologetic and boxed it up for her so she could take it home and eat it. But it was still a disappointing experience because we really do love Firehouse Subs.

Went here to redeem my t-mobile sandwich and they would not honor it after showing them the receipt that I purchased a bag of chips for it. Why would I order just a bag of chips online from them? I came for the sandwich that they wouldn't honor.
