Our 1st time here.Visted on 4/10/24 7pm .. My husband and I ordered our food to go as we waited we ordered drinks at the bar. The ambience was wonderful and the drinks were on point after a hard day at work. We both ordered the Chicken Marsala and ordered Calamari for an appetizer. Let me say the food was very disappointing....The chicken was very thin and extremely dry even the mushrooms were overcooked and tough. We've eaten plenty of Chicken Marsala and never had it with Marinara Sauce on the pasta. They prepared the chicken Marsala in the brown wine sauce which had a good flavor however, the Marinara and pasta didn't go well with the dish. The red sauce taste like it was poured straight from a can...nearly flavorless. The salad that comes with the meal was very small. This was The Worst Chicken Marsala we have ever had..... we are not a fan of Olive Garden but their's is better than here. Calamari damn near inedible so very tough and rubbery. I read the reviews all excited expecting to experience a delicious Chicken Marsala to only be highly disappointed. Maybe their pizzas are much better than their entrees they sure looked good.

This is a hidden gem. As someone who really enjoys authentic Italian food; I have to say Italiano's has hit the mark spot on. We took the entire family and had a great time. You can tell the kitchen staff knows what they're doing. I had the Shrimp Fra Diavolo, and it was delicious; just enough spice. The service was great. Our waitress paid just enough attention, so we felt like we were eating in our own dining room, and yet the dishes seemed to mysteriously disappear, and the drinks mysteriously refilled. The atmosphere was awesome! No over poweringly loud Italian music. Just loud enough to be heard when it got quiet and it was quiet enough to hear the people around you but the acoustics made you feel like you were in your own private dining room.If you want authentic Italian food without the clichés, great service and great atmosphere all for an affordable price; this place is for you. We'll be back and soon.

We came here on a Saturday during lunch time. It was not packed.The service was quite confusing at the beginning due to 2 servers trying to serve us at the same time. But the young lady served us good and was really knowledgeable and nice.As Appetizer we got the fried calamari which is really delicious. One of the few places where we like Calamari.We got 2 XL pizza. Really liked how it was oven made but it was too cheesy with little marinara sauce.I got Cheese Ravioli. It was a medium/large size plate with only 5 small ravioli and a ton of Meat sauce. It was good though.As a dessert we got a Chocolate cake. Others enjoyed it although its texture felt like it was a day old or two.Did came here last year and their Alfredo is one of my favorite plates of all time

I have been to this restaurant for lunch and it has not been bad. I have even catered a large order for a customer last summer.Today was a different story. I brought my family for the first time for dinner and service was lacking along with the quality of food. I am giving a two-star due to my wife liking her Linguine.1. Calamari was super chewy and had no flavor.2. Ordered Lasagna and chunks of ricotta cheese in between layers. Looks like it was not spread well enough or cooked long enough. Not warm in the center.3. Ordered the kid's portion of Fettuccine Alfredo but they brought us the diner portion. They apologized but they didn't feel the need to fix it. I brought this up to the server and the person who brought us our plates. The gentleman who brought us our plates mentioned he would tell our server and then spent the majority of his time at the Bar watching something on his phone with a coworker. During the end of it dinner the server apologized for the misunderstanding and asked if we wanted him to change the position of what was brought to the table. Not sure how he was going to adjust the portion. Regardless my kids did not eat, this was the reason I wanted “one” kids portion.4. Desert was never offered. I am not going to go out of my way to sell myself or my family in your desert. Actually, this probably saved me money but was the first thing my wife mentioned when we walked out the door.5. I know a lot of business that offer cash and card prices. Never seen that at a restaurant when given the bill. I understand that credit card companies charge for use but that is a decision you make as a company if want people to vote with their money.Sad to say I will not be coming back.

Always a pleasure to eat here. I would only be concerned that they employ alot of young kids who don't quite know whT professional customer service means. They do alot of chit chatting and socializing which takes away from servicing the customer. Mainly at the bar. Tall Hispanic
