Delivery at own risk. App can't return money and if they charge you more than they should they have no way of fixing it besides going to the store. Manager was thoughtful and willing to offer extras but if you don't have a car... Who's walking 9 miles to get chicken? Make your app worth a dang.

I never go out to eat anymore because of the cost, but decided I would take my son to KFC. I ordered an 8 piece dinner of legs and thighs with 2 sides and 4 biscuits. It was $37.00. We got home and we're completely disheartened at what I spent money on. The pieces were so small and lukewarm. The macaroni was a tiny blob of congealed nastiness. The biscuits were something out of a Barbie doll dinner. It was beyond horrible. The folks working there were just fine. Almost $40.00 for one of the most pathetic meals I've had in years.

Waited at drive thru.menu 9 minutes. After ordering and paying at window, we were told to please pull forward (because they had just had rush of door dash orders, so the chicken wraps would be a while to make.I found this out after waiting another 12 minutes, I go out to go inside and ask what was taking so long.) I asked for a manager to speak to, and a lady came out and I explained my dissatisfaction at the wait time, and not being informed about kitchen back up of wrap orders until I inquired. She excused her self and another male in a greasy clear apron came out,; his name was Willie he said. He told me he was the manager.He was unconcerned when I inquired about service and a long wait. He said I can't give free food every time somebody has to wait a long time. I asked for corporate number to complain, he went in back, scribbled down a number on post it , handed it to me and walked off. The chicken wraps were 50% smaller than the ones advertised on the menu, but they were delicious.I won't be going back to this location because that first experience set the bar too low for me.

I placed a mobile order at 8:00pm for pickup at 9:30pm. I pulled up to the drive-thru at around 9:23pm. They said they had no chicken made and were about to close.

Been coming here for a while this been the first time that I've really got full satisfaction service and the food was delicious don't know if I'm saying the name right but a young lady by the name "Lizette"very friendly good customer service thank you very much young lady job well done.Attention: management you need more employees like her to keep customers coming back.i will be back thank you.

Had me waiting 30 mins before telling me they were short on pot pies, then proceeded to give me the wrong sandwich and mashed potatoes without gravy. Y’all if you come here, make sure your expectations are in hell for this place.

Show up two hours before closing time guys on the intercom said he was trying to close at 8:45 p.m. he was cleaning the grill so the only thing he was willing to make was chicken

Ordered two Bowl meals, opened it and there was what appeared to be one chicken strip ripped up on each of our bowls. No chicken nuggets, as advertised. Waited 15 minutes at the window for our food and it wasn't correct. Appeared they didn't want to deal with us because they were about an hour from closing. Also, no cookie with our bowl as advertised.
