the food is excellent I arrived at opening they didn’t accept any phone calls for a call in order in my opinion they are always un prepared for opening time making people wait for their food for over 50 minutes when opening the bathroom is also very nasty and they had just opened goes to show they do not clean there restrooms very often! Woman’s restroom by the way . Also saw an employee miss handling the food when he went to bag the food up shrimp fell out of someone’s order and they did not care to go and replace a shrimp that was dropped out of their order!

To Be Honest Its A Different Feeling Every Time I Come Here. It Could Either Be A Hit Or Miss With Lotus , Today Was A Miss . Shrimp Were A 4/10 Sausage 2/10 ? 10/10 & ? Was A 10/10. Crack Sauce 2/10. Some Time I Come Here Its A 10/10 Like When I First Came Like 3 Or 4 Years Ago But It Haven’t Been That Great Since The First Time ! Would I Try It Again!? , YES I WOULD Because Like I Said Its A Hit Or Miss Every Time . Last Night Wasn’t So Great & I Honestly Feel Like I Waisted My Money , Food Was Dry Also. If I could leave 0 stars I would.. the food was great but I will never come back to this location.. the staff was rude, and I felt ridiculously rushed, we still had about 30 min left before closing time and the staff started turning off tvs & music, putting chairs up, lights off and even the manager was walking around sweeping acting like he had somewhere to be ? that’s no way to treat a paying customer. Do not recommend. Location off of veterans memorial is 100% better

Lobster was tough, crawfish was mehh, boudain balls were just ok. But the reason we'll never go back here is the staff. Everyone there was just mad to be there. Not helpful with questions. Stared us down for no reason. It honestly seems like just a bunch of kids with no supervision that have zero customer service skills and don't care to learn any. Left a tip at check out and wish I never had. Horrible experience and won't be going back.

Ordered To-go wings at 8:27 pm. Sat in restaurant for over an hour and never received the order while people who ordered well after all received their food. Staff was completely clueless about the issue even after asking about the order 3 times. Absolutely embarrassing, never actually got the order and the place closed. Hopefully my money gets fully refunded for this waste of time.
