Very unprofessional manager. Yelling at employees the whole time I was there. Complaining about customers, screaming at people.... it was unbelievable. My order wasn't right... she (manager) copped an attitude and redid the burger, failed to give me my fries, until I asked.... and literally threw the burger together.... was messy as heck and looked like may have stepped on it! They should be ashamed and them employees should go somewhere else to work... that boss is terrible and no one deserves to work under her. She should be fired!!!

After reading all these comments I have no idea how the stay in business.Just passing by to express a recent experience my mother in law and her two nieces had. They walked in and the manager - a white lady- welcomed them by screaming that they don’t speak Spanish at this location. Wish she a name tag but we don’t have a name as of now. Besides the discriminatory treatment she took forever to take their order and walked away without finishing- 10 minutes later one of her nieces had to ask for them to finish the order. This is the first time visiting this place after we moved close to the area and will make sure it’s the last. They probably don’t care anyways. Management has had plenty of time to do something.Work on your customer service skills or don’t work for the service industry.

I ordered food along with an iced vanilla latte. when I got to the window they didn’t give me my latte, I drove off. I ended up remembering, drove back and reordered the ice vanilla latte.. the one they gave me was terrible. Told him that that wasn’t it then they made “another one” and when they brought it out, it was also terrible. It looks like they just mixed the same drink a little and then brought me the same drink or they made another one and it was also terrible. Either way it’s a lose lose… they don’t know how to make an Iced vanilla latte… so make sure you train the staff better on how to make iced lattes cause they taste really bad.. wasted a lot of time going back to get it and now wasting a lot of time writing this review but hopefully your manager sees it and trains the staff on how to make ice vanilla lattes…

Orders are always wrong, workers don't care, long wait times, don't bother with the fries or nuggets they will be cold. Everything comes out cold. They'll leave your food behind the counter without calling your name or number and let it just sit there to get cold.

worst mcdonald’s in the pearland area! placed a mobile order, cause i’m obviously in a hurry. i stayed at the menu trying to give them my code for over 15 minutes. then on top of that, they took forever making my food & it looked like it was all thrown in the bag. the total time i spent waiting on my food was around 45 minutes. ridiculous.

Food was not cooked, raw meat..service took longer than expected. Bad management, Owners must not care how their business look or even run. For this to be a McDonald's in Pearland, I'm very disappointed... The atmosphere, you would think you're in the hood....

Don’t expect a smile in the morning. I pass by in the am daily and never do I see a smile or thank you. The lady manager with the blue shirt and the girl with the yellow shirt that hands the food out need to go.

Well I ordered two happy meals and in one the buns were burnt and the meat was cold in both and there wasn't hardly any fries in both happy meals. I was told to pull up and wait for them. There is no reason for the food to be cold if I had to wait for it. Very disappointed won't be going back.

I ordered thru the drive thru. Was asked to pull ahead. That’s fine. Except I’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting on meat? How is that even possible? Horrible ! And by the time they FINALLY brought it to me. The order was wrong after I asked THREE TIMES if it had cheese. And it didn’t. So I waited 30 minutes for y’all to make my food wrong, while my babies food sat there and got cold. Complete horrible service. Never eating there again, and I’ll be sharing my experience.

WORST McDonalds and service in town. HORRIBLE customer service, they always forget items in the drive thru, they are lazy and don’t answer drive-thru speakers, their dine-in customer service team always seems lost. Simply the worst fast food restaurant in Pearland, NEED NEW MANAGEMENT!

Told me to park in the front for my food. They said it would be out in a few minutes. Since when is 30 minutes a few minutes?!? I would have been more understanding if they let us know that it would be such a long wait for come out and tell us something. However, they did not tell us (me and another 4 cars waiting) anything. Instead, the manager came and locked the door after someone went to complain about the wait. Horrible!

This is for the morning crew only, I lost my receipt to do the survey. Anywho the morning crew is great I have an autistic son who nuggets are his favorite food, well the other night we got him his nuggies and fries, but he fell asleep and the dog got on the counter and ate them. Well Long story short he woke up the next morning to no nuggets and it was the end of the world. I took him to McDonald's knowing they don't do it but hoping they would make an exception. Well they did in a big way they made him a whole new meal and comforted him while we were at the store. Thank you all a ton!
