The place needs new employees and management! They accept online and mobile app orders after they close. The store closes at 11, Google says 12. You have to wait 7-10 days to get a refund after not receiving your order!

TENSION UP

Before I begin, Sonic as a whole isn't bad. HOWEVER, this location has horrible service. We turned up at this Pearland Sonic, thinking we were gonna some food. We asked for a moment to look at the menu, and after deciding, we waited a while for them to come back. "Hello?? Hello?!?" We said, but there was no response. Even the car behind up decided to bounce up out of there. We left and went to the Chick-fil-A nearby. If you guys don't want money, then just say that. No need to waste everyone's times. I'm so glad they didn't get our coin?

I ordered from the drive thru, I had to repeat my order multiple times even after the person taking my order repeated it to me. My food ended up coming back wrong (wrong size & added veggies I didn’t want) and I had to drive back to have it corrected.

Me my wife just wanted to get some mozzarella sticks while Xmas shopping. After waiting 20 minutes, we finally it our very simple order except it was the incorrect size that we ordered. After another few minutes handing my card back and forth, we finally get our mozzarella sticks. Even then, a couple of them had no cheese in them! This location is clearly struggling if they can't get a large mozzarella sticks right.

I went to this location 12/4/23 at 8:53am the lady in the drive through started out nice asking me for my order. I told her I wanted a number 2 then changed my mind quickly and asked for a number 14 with sausage and cheese. She asked me if I wanted egg and I told her yes. Then I told her I wanted another number 14 and she stopped me and said I asked for a number 12. I politely told her that I ordered a number 14 but she may not have heard me.she then argued with me and cut me off and said “no you ordered a 12” I told her again that I had said a number 14 she argued again and said I ordered a number 12. By this time I’m frustrated because why am I arguing with the drive through person? Why is she arguing with me when I know what I said for one because I have never ordered a number 12 in my life and I was looking at the number when I said it.

If there was a lower rating than 1 I would give a -5 star. They constantly cancel Uber eats orders and their service is very slow compared to any other sonic in town. I called to ask why my order was canceled and the lady just hung up the phone one me. I am not sure if it's the management or just poor employees that don't care. I highly recommend driving right past this Sonic. I guess it's too difficult for people toFill up a cup with ice and tea.
